Excellent stay in Italy, poor ending with non-allocated seats on flight home
I would have been writing a 5 star review, but the flight home made me change my mind. On our flight home we had to sit in 2 middle seats 6 rows apart. Nowhere near good enough for a holiday costing nearly 2000 euros per person. When a couple book a holiday together they expect to sit together on a flight. The Bristol Hotel was excellent as usual, lovely food, spacious rooms and first class service. The Sorrento reps were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Montecatini Terme is a good central location…
Our ability to use Bed & Breakfast option gave us great independence/ autonomy in how we spent our time. Having good local information on arrival and having the representative’s contact at all times for help if needed are very important. The accommodation, bedroom and breakfast were excellent. Staff were ever polite and efficient around hotel facilities - pool and snacks etc - and welcoming and considerate on arrival after very early flight. We did not need to dine in the hotel otherwise.

Topflight looked Beautiful Sorrento after my Holiday to…
Topflight looked after my Holiday to Sorrento staying at the Bristol Hotel.
We were so glad to be part of topflight as they looked after us with tour recommendations for shops restaurants and you could ring them anytime.

Overall the whole experience was excellent.
We would love the option to self check our bags. We hate long queues when the self check stands were practically idle. This would afford free time to browse and get something to eat pre flight.

We also appreciate your suggestion regarding self-service bag drop. As some of our flights operate as charter services, the check-in and baggage process differs from that of many scheduled airlines, meaning self-service bag drop isn't currently available.
We completely understand your point about wanting to spend less time queuing and more time enjoying the airport before your flight and we'll be sure to pass your comments on to the relevant team.

Disappointed that there was no TOPFLIGHT rep service as per previous trips . The local representative was extremely friendly and helpful, however, slightly inexperienced.
Topflights pre tour information very limited regarding duration of trips, start times,
Different hotel for dining in and another hotel location for access to swimming pool. Non of this information was provided prior to departure.

We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your holiday didn't quite meet your expectations. While we do not have a dedicated Topflight representative based in resort, our escorted tours are supported by a dedicated local tour guide who is available throughout your stay. Guests can contact them via WhatsApp or by phone should they need any assistance, advice or support during their holiday.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the pre-departure information. We aim to provide as much detail as possible on our website before you travel, including an overview of the excursions and what's included. As excursion timings and durations can occasionally change, we're do not provide an exact timing breakdown in advance. The information is provided by your tour guide once you're in resort.

The hotel was equivalent to faulty towers a bar with no bar staff clients gave up after waiting 30minutes manager indifferent certainly didn’t oblige behind the bar air conditioning not adaquate despite getting them to the room twice and despite cleaning no improvement no solution poor English

Topflight reps were at airport and hotels. Its great peace of mind when you travel with kids & want to switch off in terms of working out where to go/ what to do etc. Topflight offers all u need when from moment u embark on trip right up until u board to go home, which allows you to switch off & enjoy the break! If your looking for a stress free holiday then look no further!

From the time we landed in Italy our holiday ran seamlessly. The resort managers were extremely helpful and so informative about everything. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Transfers accomodation, tours were all excellent thanks to the wonderful team we met.

Amazing trip to the Dolomites and Alps
It was everything really. Our guide, Claudia was just brilliant, the hotel was lovely, our fellow travellers were a fantastic bunch of people and the trip to the Dolomites and Alps could not have been better. If you want to explore this beautiful part of the world I can’t think of a better way.
