Waterproof bib and brace received thanks. Haven’t tried them as yet as they look to be a bit warmer than expected. I’m sure they will get an outing when this warm spell goes and we return to our usual Scottish weather!!

I’m very pleased with my experience with Tooled Up.
Very easy to order and items received very quickly.
All items well packaged without using too much packing material. Just waiting for the rain to stop so I can get out and use my new tools. 😊

I had a good experience with Tooled-Up. My order, of a garden hose reel, arrived promptly and was entirely in line with my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

More than happy with the service from tooled-up.com. Even though there was a delay on part of my order I was constantly kept updated and never felt once I was being let down. The irony is that I was ordering consumables for a Bosch 18v tool which Bosch refuse to send me as I live in Northern Ireland…disgusted with Bosch but more than happy with tooled-up.com
Thank you!!

Tooled-up have provided an excellent and efficient service. The electric mower was delivered to our front door as requested, everything intact and properly boxed. A follow-up query that I had was dealt with proficiently and in very friendly manner. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would be happy to order more goods from them in the future.

Great item, super fast delivery
Great customer communication

Item arrived quickly and is exactly what I expected.

Very pleased with the item I ordered from this company. Their service ~ communication and transaction ~ was excellent. Delivery service was also impeccable. Thank you for the easy process of my order, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Good quality item at a fair price, and excellent all round service. thank you

Tooled-Up were selected as a good price for Bosch GBH 18 V-26 F 18v Cordless SDS Drill, ProCore battery and SDS-plus masonry bits. Tooled-Up comms were good, tools arrived on time, well packed, undamaged, and working well.

Initially there was a problem with a part of my order which was no fault of tooled-up as the manufacturer had never even come across the problem.
Tooled-up customer service’s response was excellent, the faulty unit was picked up and the new unit delivered with 24 hours. Can’t ask for any better service than that.
Because of that I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very good service. good price

Best price on the web, next day delivery and answered the phone to an actual person within 4 rings when I had a question. Well done and thank you 🙏
Will definitely order from tooled-up again 👍

Ordered from here a few times.

The item was as described quickly despatched exelent service

I ordered a Bosch EASYGRASSCUT Grass Trimmer on 13/04/26 which arrived in perfect condition next day (14th).
The price was very good (less expensive than the 'river trader') so much so I could afford to buy the 260mm model instead of the 230mm - and this included shipping. The ordering process was very straightforward and communication from Tooled-Up and DHL was excellent. I received regular updates regarding my order status and delivery schedule, complete with a tracking number.
A very satisfying shopping experience and I will certainly shop with Tooled-Up again should I be looking to purchase tools or garden equipment.

Very pleased to be able to buy a difficult to source spare part from this company and extend the life of my elderly but otherwise serviceable orbital sander.
It was received on the third day after ordering with excellent communication in between. On the basis of this experience I can confidently recommend them.
