Fast, efficient and competitively priced.

I ordered a Bosch Cordless Hedge trimmer for Next Day Delivery, I checked the tracking with DHL the next morning (Fri) to discover delivery had been delayed until the next working day (Mon), I emailed Tooled up, the customer service was brilliant, they responded very quickly and by lunch time the hedge trimmers had been delivered. Very impressed. Would definitely order from them again. The hedgetrimmers have been fab.

Good price and very quick delivery

Great webpage - easy to order - fast delivery - excellent value - what more could you ask ?
Highly recommend these guys

Sold me a defective battery which they asked me to prepare and label for collection under guarantee. I was given assurance that collection would take place on 10 separate occasions - nothing happened. On the 10 th occasion I was told there was a system fault, the battery would be collected and they were keeping a close eye on the collection. New labels were provided and attached - still nothing happened. Advice - do not deal with these people.

All as to be expected: correct item, on time.

Ordered a hedge trimmer. If it is listed you would assume it is available. However four days later the order was cancelled as the item is discontinued. Checked back three days later looking for an alternative and the original item is still listed for sale. Be careful.

Great company delivered exactly what I wanted, which was only small but no less important an item for a few quid saved me hundreds. But here’s the thing I got as good as service regardless of how much I spent which tells me they take every customer with respect. Forget the big online stores and sites and use a company with a face (who were cheaper then the Amabays of this world and genuine parts not knock off Nigel's) 👍

Received my Black & Decker Cordless Telescopic Grass Trimmer quickly and in good condition It was good value and I was as kept well informed about the delivery process Thank you!

Great product, excellent service with prompt delivery.

Waterproof bib and brace received thanks. Haven’t tried them as yet as they look to be a bit warmer than expected. I’m sure they will get an outing when this warm spell goes and we return to our usual Scottish weather!!

I’m very pleased with my experience with Tooled Up.
Very easy to order and items received very quickly.
All items well packaged without using too much packing material. Just waiting for the rain to stop so I can get out and use my new tools. 😊
