Do Polski żenująca dostawa przez najgorszą formę kurierską UPS, które w ogóle nie dostarcza paczek!!! Obsługa klienta too faced twierdzi, ze źle wpisałam adres - przecież to widać na koncie klienta, adres prawidłowy. Brak pomocy i informowania, że coś jest nie tak. 2 zamówienia zwrócone do nadawcy do Belgii, a ty głupku-kliencie czekaj sobie na zwrot pieniędzy. Brak informacji jakiejkolwiek, trzeba się samemu upominać. Nigdy więcej nie zamówię, odradzam klientom z Polski, strata czasu i nerwów.

Do not order from the Too faced UK website!

I ordered 2 gifts for Christmas and within a few days they went missing with Ervi. In total i contacted Too faced around 10 times including phone calls, emails and online live chat. It took well over a month to get a refund.

I was told to wait for my missing package with no further information, promised a replacement order that was never processed - the items then went out of stock, issued a refund which i didn't receive, told i would only be able to get a refund by passing my bank details over the phone, and after a week and further complaints they processed the refund.

I no longer support the brand sadly considering the experience and treatment I've had from the for an issue that was not my fault.

This was my first time using this website and at first I was a bit nervous to use due to all the bad reviews but I ordered anyway. I paid next day delivery, I didn't get the next day so I contacted them though the phone and WhatsApp in which they replied within the hour. They contacted their warehouse and dispatched the item straight away. They gave me my delivery payment back which reached my clearpay very quickly and I got my items the next day with freebies. They was very helpful and had great communication as they rectified the issue with no problems. I would be ordering from them again 🙂

Really helpful staff and friendly girls in the store at bluewater. Pricey - but great quality products and packaging.

The “better than sex” mascara is brilliant.

Utter disgrace. Tracking link claimed that the parcel had been delivered before the dispatch date. Nothing received. Tried contacting on the phone (no surprise that it wasn't available due to technical difficulties), WhatsApp (no reply at all, even during "work" hours), live chat is a joke (just same bot message each time). I will expect my money back as they have not fulfilled the sales contract but no idea how I'm supposed to get a refund via the website, as I can't return a product that I haven't received. I will definitely not be shopping with them again. A Christmas present that now won't be received by my daughter.

They deserve zero. Cheated me out of refund. Never received

Took money, nothing dispatched. No communication.

Have to chase them via live chat, this doesn't work. Then WhatsApp.. takes forever to get response.

Now told the item was lost in transit, which is rubbish as they never sent it.

Now 5 to 7 days for a refund. So I give them money, and then get it back a month later at best.

Worst thing is, it was a Christmas present, so I probably don't have time to order an alternative elsewhere.

Jokers! Avoid.

Why are so many companies so rubbish at service nowadays, seems like the consumer is being taken for ride after ride.

abbiamo sollecitato nuovamente il dipartimento di competenza.
Ci scusi ancora!! Avrei non dovuto acquistare dal momento che NON Accettano paypal ! Inoltre ho fatto il reso perché il vs prodotto Lip injection máximum mi ha causato una reazione irritante lungo la commisura delle labbra , vi ho inviato foto , compilato un lungo questionario, risposto alla vs mail . Cosa che sapete già perché ho cercato su internet e trovato un foro dove c’erano altre persone che avevano avuto reazioni allo stesso prodotto .

Me encanta la marca too faced, hice un pedido a su página oficial y me han decepcionado totalmente son unos informales una marca con renombre que se porte así con sus clientes no he recibido el pedido, los correos que les mando dan respuestas automáticas y en definitiva me he quedado sin mi dinero, sin el pedido y sin nada no lo recomiendo para nada, no pidáis a su página es un engaño

Vergognosi! Ho fatto un ordine per mia moglie, mi hanno preso i soldi e non ho mai ricevuto conferma via email. Abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza per 6 giorni, ci hanno sempre rimbalzato dicendoci di aspettare che si generasse finchè al sesto giorno ci hanno rimborsato (ma il rimborso non l'ho ancora visto sulla carta) ma l'offerta che c'era e per la quale avevamo fatto l'ordine non c'è più, e ci avevano garantito che avrebbero rilasciato un codice per noi, invece ce la siamo presa in quel posto e quell'omaggio che avremmo ricevuto con il nostro ordine adesso costa 40€. Acquisto online da 22 anni e una roba del genere non mi era mai capitata prima.

Sito che non accetta Paypal e con Postpay richiede in continuazione la password personale. Impossibile acquistare in questo modo. Peccato.

One of the best if not the best customer care I have ever received. Fabulous products are one thing, but the level of customer service too faced uk provided me with is another. They were helpful, informative, friendly and quick in resolving my query. 10/10.

My favourite brand for years!!! Everything I've bought from them was great. Some eyeshadows in some palettes are stiff. But it's happening with all cosmetics brands. The best quality eyeshadows are from the tin palettes. The lipsticks are the best. Long lasting and very pigmented. Every single time I'm wearing theirs lipsticks I get so many compliments and people asking me what lipstick I'm wearing. Overall I love it! The customer service are so helpful and reply me on Instagram in minutes and also when I call customer service they were promoted and very kind and helpful. In store customer service are so helpful, friendly, kind and professional. Every time I go in Carnaby Street store they are so inviting and friendly. Not pushy or b*tchy at all like others brands. I always had a great experience.

I like their concealer, but that’s about it.

I have tried a lot of their other products such as their eyeliner,mascara,matte foundation, born this way foundation, setting powder.

They’re all trash. Do not waste your money on their products. You can get something way better and cheaper at the drugstore.

Their eyeliner:

They claim that their eyeliner is waterproof & smudge proof. This is far from the truth. It smudges so fast within 15mins. And the rain makes it even worse. Do not buy the eyeliner. But the one from KatvonD or maybeline instead.

Mascara:
Their better than sex mascara is so clumpy. I do like the wand, but the formula suck. The Maybeline Sky High mascara is much better.

Matte foundation & normal foundation:

They both make your pores look so big, and crease a lot.

Setting powder:
They only have one colour, which is way to light (sometimes even to dark) for many. It also makes ur face look patchy.

So if you do want to buy something from them, buy their concealer. Everything else is A WASTE OF MONEY.

This company is a joke and their customer service is non-existent.
After 2 months and numerous copy and paste replies along the lines of "our customers are very important to us and we are very sorry you're having difficulties with your order" I'm still waiting.
They're just wasting time as every time you contact them they say they'll get back to you in X working days. But they never do and so the weeks go by with no solution.
A joke!

Una magnifica scoperta, primo acquisto effettuato con un po’ di timore ma mi sono dovuta ricredere immediatamente. Tempi di consegna velocissimi con monitoraggio spedizione e omaggi fantastici….comprerò sicuramente di nuovo tante altre cose!!La mia esperienza è relativa all’acquisto sul sito toofaced.eu.

placed my order a week ago and it still hasn’t turned up and i never received a dispatch email. bought my products well in advance to take with me on my holiday and i’m flying out tomorrow.
