I purchased new iPhone from cheapest_electricals on eBay. I was initially sceptical buying from online marketplace. But Anita kept me informed and clarified all my queries. The iPhone is new in sealed box as described on eBay and they provide purchase receipt. The Apple warranty started when I switched on and registered the iPhone. Overall very happy with the purchase and 5* to the seller and Anita. Will definitely recommend the seller.

Purchased an IPhone 15 Pro Max From Kazoop (Online Trading Name of TLX Electrical). They sold it as new and unused. It was not new and unused, it had been used for testing which is misleading.

Any time I try and leave a review, they flag it for “defamatory content”. There’s nothing defamatory here, and I’ll keep reviewing until they stop trying to censor genuine reviews.

Customers beware! I can only assume I’m not the only genuine voice they use this practice on.

I have proof of purchase and evidence. Trustpilot, please factor this in next time my reviews are unnecessarily flagged for removal. I haven’t breached any reviewing guidelines.

*Update* - I’ll not fully entertains Kazoop’s response but be weary, they didn’t list the product as ‘Like New’, that’s my biggest concern with them, if they had, I wouldn’t have purchased it. Just be cautious, with so much effort to censor my reviews, which I had to flag to trustpilot, I personally could never recommend this firm to anyone).

So glad I came across this company on ebay, I bought a refurbished dehumidifier and received it the next day, B+ rating but still lovely condition as listed and working like new, the sellers communication was great, and staff particularly Anita were very friendly and efficient, would recommend and will be my first go to next time 😊

It really surpassed what i was expecting tbh, I contacted the seller about some request and they got back to me fast and was very responsive. I got everything settled. I would definitely do business with them again and I strongly recommend others to get items for
them, if have any issues they get it sorted in the space of 24hrs and they are very efficient.

First time ordering with Kazoop and it was a pleasant experience. Item shipped very quickly same day, arrived in great condition and was basically as good as new despite advertised as grade B1. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with a coffee machine. This was sorted to a first class degree with ease and no problems. Can't fault this company at all. Very happy to know that their customer service means I would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a set of headphones with dongle .
Have to say they arrived super fast , they were in a sealed cardboard box each item in own bag and on top of that all bubble wrapped !
Lovely leaflet explaining after care get in touch .
The headphones were classed as B+ but have to say looked like brand new

The dongle wasn’t working and I contacted Anita at the company to be told a new set would appear and apologies .
This has been arranged for tomorrow not even 48 hrs since I contacted them .
The company has a great ethos good old fashioned brilliant care looking after there customers .
Anita is a pleasure to deal with and an asset to the company I hope they appreciate her 😉

Other set of headphones came as they said .Again great condition this set , was actually in genuine box and had charging cable too a bonus !!
Although first set purchasing knowing no box or cable was still a brilliant buy .
I’m looking at buying ps4 headphones for a family member as I type this from them .

Used this company through Amazon. Customer service was superb when requested a replacement for a faulty item - I guess I had to knock a star off for the fact the original item didn’t work in the first place. it’s good to deal with people who do what they should these days.

I ordered Refurbished mobile with slight scratch on it. I think the speaker is faulty When I listen to someone speaking or Audible their voices are not clear. You haven't responded to emails & no one answers the phone. Call me pls 07895324779

I had to contact the company because I thought there was a problem with my new phone, but there wasn't it was my inexperience with phones anyway spoke to a lovely lady called Anita, she was amazing couldn't have been anymore helpful, I would highly recommend this company
