I cleaned it within an inch of its life and it ran beautifully but unfortunately developed an electrical fault.
Kazoop and Anita went out of their way to swap it for an identical machine which is running superbly.

I had a problem with my dehumidifier and when I contacted customer services both Anita and Raven were extremely helpful arranging to collect it and get it repaired. When it couldn’t be repaired they arranged for me to get my dehumidifier replaced very quickly. Thank you.

I want to share my experience so others can benefit as well. I bought my first microwave from them two years ago, and it performed very well. Now, I'm buying another one from them, which I ordered in January 2025. My initial purchase was in 2021.
