Ordered a cool box one day, arrived the very next day, even though i was expecting to wait the 48 hours advised for delivery.
Had to contact customer service over a tiny glitch but was sorted out with no hesitation. I would most definitely use this company again and will also recommend them to anyone.

Bought a refurbished pen from Kazoop, they also trade as TLX, which did not work. Contacted Kazoop and they immediately replaced it, Sadly this also did not work so contacted again and asked for refund.
They quickly did and kept me informed as to progress.
I think all companies sometimes have a problem but it is a mark of a good company when they sort it all out quickly which is why I recommend Kazoop.

We had an issue with our chosen tv as sometimes will happen, but the follow up and customer service was second to none to ensure I had a replacement. I was moving house so the deadlines were tight but these were accommodated Anita was awesome. The replacement worked perfectly and we are more than happy.

Bought a Garmin vivoactive 5 and it turned out the battery life would only do 2 days instead of 10 Anita couldn't be anymore helpful, gave me a discount to reflect and was gonna take the watch back to give me a full refund but I opted to keep it, nothing was a problem with her, I'll definitely be using her company again 5 stars

I bought a refurbished Sony 70-300 e mount lens through eBay. The lens was described as would show signs of previous use but as I would only use the lens occasionally it didn't bother me too much & it was covered with a 12 month warranty anyway. The lens arrived very quickly & when I opened the box it was actually like brand new. What I did notice was the lens hood was missing and the description said it had all accessories. A quick email and a check with their warehouse showed it was incorrectly described. I was quickly offered a solution to the problem & I have to say their customer service was absolutely first class. As for the lens, I managed to test it out and results are excellent. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone safe in the knowledge that in the unlikely event you do encounter a problem there will be no issues resolving it.

I bought a brand new phone on ebay. When I turned it on, it was stuck in a boot loop. I returned the phone, and Anita very helpfully got their tech guys to sort out the phone. It now works perfectly. Throughout this process Anita was very helpful, and communications were excellent.

I felt I had to leave a review after leaving positive eBay feedback, had a pair or AirPods develop a fault a day short of a year and they didn’t let me down, took them back, not able to repair so offered a full refund. So helpful, I’m really impressed!

A cheap Alcatel phone I bought from Cheapest Electrical developed a fault with the screen. Communication was easy and they provided free return postage. I'd thought the fault was with the phone, but Anita pointed out a detail of the damage I hadn't spotted, persuading me it was accidental damage, our fault. So, no repair, but perfect service from them; I'm sorry I wasted their time and postage.

A previous order for the same phone, also from Cheapest Electrical through Amazon, wasn't delivered. That wasn't their fault and again they made it right, sending another a few days later.

Ordered a (knowingly) used item via ebay and the unit arrived next working day. The item had a fault which meant it didn't have the functionality I needed.

I contacted cheapest electrical and Anita very sympathetically and promptly sent out a replacement. Unfortunately, the same fault meant I had to contact Anita again, but she was so polite and helpful and even sent out a further replacement unit. This one worked perfectly and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
It was second hand goods and that is always a risk, but my experience was dealt with extremely quickly and without question.

I would 100% recommend and use again!

Bought a John Lewis spotlight bar light fitting. Item was delivered next day. Slight issue with missing fixings but this was dealt with straight away. Excellent communication and customer service from Anita. Would definitely use them again.

Slight hiccup at first, in that the item was not quite as described in the eBay description but, an email to customer services, which was answered by Anita soon resolved the issue. She arranged for a replacement item to be sent and the original item to be collected at the same time. Excellent customer service and resolution. Mistakes happen, it’s how you resolve them that matters to customers, 5 stars for Kazoop.
