Appalling Click & Collect service. They refused to transfer my order between two TK Maxx branches, forcing me to cancel completely. If management is this incompetent with simple parcel logistics, I have zero faith in their ability to verify product authenticity or run basic quality checks. Total operational failure.

First of all i love shopping in TK Maxx, all the bargains you can get for a fair price. Second, all the rewards prices they have from their Treasure rewards. The other day, i’ve received a email where i was informed that i am the lucky winner of their Treasure Rewards, a 3 nights accommodation with spa and credit for dinner. If i was a loyal customer by now, for sure i’ll shop more and scan my card!

During my recent visit, I was really impressed by how helpful, friendly, and attentive the worker was. They made the experience genuinely enjoyable and went out of their way to support me. Their attitude, patience, and professionalism stood out, and I wanted to make sure this was recognised.It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it made a real difference to my visit. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to the team.

Mansi was very helpful in dealing with my issue and very professional. Also speed of response was much faster than expected. It was nice to only deal with the same person as a conversation rather than just whoever picked up each email. Everything is now sorted with my order. Much easier than expected.

Order lots from TK Maxx, both in-store & on-line & unfortunately 1 halloween item was smashed but they were professional & refunded & have no issues recommending them & their service.

I place regular orders with Tkmaxx and am always happy with my purchases.
I recently received my parcel which hadn't been packaged securely and was being held closed by a large royal mail elastic band.
The parcel was damaged and missing items, so I contacted Anita at the customer care team.
My problem was dealt with in a very professional manner.
I was refunded for the missing/damaged items very quickly and offered free delivery on my next order as a goodwill gesture.
I'm very thankful that my issue was resolved promptly.

Bought 3 polos. 2 of them had a hole in it, quite significant, and one of the 2, had a weird long white stripe (no idea what it is, looks like paint, definitely not a part of the shirt) I'm pissed, as I only noticed it after I took the tags out. I have to wait for a chargeback, as they refused to refund.

Manufacturing fault in my sunglasses that they refuse to acknowledge and repair or refund.

I would normally give TK Maxx a five star review but in this instance I can’t. I bought my daughter a handbag for her birthday. She wasn’t keen on the bag so we took it back to the shop I bought it to be told no can’t swop it. As I didn’t have the receipt even though I could show on my debit card statement that I bought and paid for the bag but still no they wouldn’t swop it. I was told by the woman serving at the till my best option would be to sell it on vinted. I spend a lot of money in TK Maxx but I think I will probably not be spending so much in future.

Speaking with Jamie at TK MAXX customer service felt like a was speaking with customer service from the good old days. He was very eager to help find a resolution and not rushing me off the phone like a lot of them do whilst he continuously apologised for inconvenience caused. Excellent service, friendly and very respectful. Thanks

I’m glad i only shop here at christmas and halloween cause their customer service is abysmal.

Tried to cancel an order - couldn’t do it despite it not even being shipped.

Told to reach out to them once it arrived and store and they’ll issue a refund.

So i did that and was told a refund had been issued and i should receive it in 3-5 working days.. not heard anything so i chased it twice.. only just got an email today to tell me the refund has been issued a week later and it will take 10 days to receive..

Absolute shambles.

I reached out to the customer team & they responded, I was loathed to post a faulty return as it indicated I needed to pay my own, which seemed wrong. Once I sent the photos of the faulty lipstick, I was issued a refund without need to return. I thank the team for the prompt dealing with my issue.

I called the branch in search of a product, she was extremely attentive and searched for the product I was looking for and found it! She kept it aside for me until I reached the store.

upon arrival to the store, I called her again and she directed me to where my items that I had reserved were kept, she was kind and her approach towards a customer was engaging.

The staff member Taylan listened carefully, picked up on the detail, understood the problem and started action straight away. He was beyond courteous, he seemed genuinely to want to resolve the issue, thoroughly engaged. He has had to involve others in the team, and together they have made a customer very satisfied. Exceptional service.

Just to mention the customer service was excellent after a delay on my click and collect,.. the lady that helped with the problem resolved the issue in next to no time . Excellent 👌

Vicki the woman who was taking care of the changing room in the Keighly store was excellent. She helped me in a way that was both kind and efficient. She made my shopping experience stress free. 10 star customer service

Was in a little bit of a pickle with delivery of a parcel. Called customer service on a wing and a prayer and was met with the best service I have received! Rebecca dealt with me and she was absolutely amazing, so kind and done everything she could to help and resolved my issue completely. Really impressed with Rebecca and will continue to order from you guys!

James who handled my enquiry was excellent. Very helpful and I was totally satisfied with the outcome.
