The person I spoke with was very helpful and kindly answered all my questions with solutions to my issue that I had.

Slammed massive shower gel bottle unprotected into a box with lots of items resulting in entire order shoes box, bag , other soaps covered in it. Contacted customer service with images and showing box wet and hole on side due to damaged bottle of shower gel and they just refunded me £5 price of shower gel, what a joke! Sure no problem everything else needed wipe and wash inspite being brand new, careless, no apologies, just what broke he is refund for busted item, the rest is your problem. Customer rep called Kaj! Wow!

I emailed customer service about a missing item from my on line order. I received a reply within a few hours and confirmation that I would receive a refund because the product was no longer in stock.
That is excellent service.

I live 50 metres away in a residential area behind TK MAX poole retail park Redlands. They have deliveries nearly every day from 9am till around 12pm. The noise from the HGV lorry while they carry out their deliveries is horrendous. Constant sudden loud metal banging for hours nearly everyday. I emailed them to see if they can reduce this by using noise reducing equipment which legally they are supposed to do if they are right next to a residential area and i was just fobbed off. These deliveries have ruined my maternity leave and mornings with my daughter. The summer was so hot I couldn't go out much with my baby because of temperature regulation in a baby and I shouldn't have to leave it home that I pay alot of rent for because these people refuse to abide by the law. Home Bargains is the same. These people dont care about the wellbeing of others. I also have Autism and really struggle with the consistent loud sudden metal banging I do wear my noise cancelling head phones which then impacts my connection with my daughter. I will never shop in TK MAX again due to their utter lack of care.

Been shopping here dozens times online and in store and always top experience. Returns are also easy to make in store if something isn’t right

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, ordering at TKMAXX online Worst costumer service!

I returned a pair of shoes today to Loughborough TKMaxx. The stitching on one of the shoes was coming adrift. Despite not having the receipt, the store manager (Adam) gave me a gift card for the original value. Superb customer service.

Ordered items on a Thursday 17th sept now 19th not even a despatch date yet
This matter has now been resolved

Unfortunately, Royal Mail, I do not have anything good to say about them. They couldn’t fulfil the next day delivery and they are really going downhill. However, as for Customer Service with TK Maxx, I could not be happier. Anita , was absolutely amazing not only over the phone but through emails too . Her help and kindness towards me was outstanding . It’s rare to find good people who genuinely care about customers and she really did show me care , kindness and compassion. An eagerness to fix the situation as Royal Mail let me down . I appreciate her so much and i appreciate the updates too . It was due to arrive today but again Royal Mail let me down saying no one was in . I’m in all day so still have to wait a bit longer . Thankyou also for the refund for postage I appreciate this very much . Definitely recommend buying from tk max however the only thing I’d suggest is considering using another delivery company as Royal Mail seem to be getting worse as a company. Thankyou Anita

I was sent an empty item in my delivery, which was very disappointing. However, I raised a ‘contact us’ form and it was resolved within 48 hours. I got an apology email and immediate refund. Can’t complain about that. Appreciate the quick response and resolution. Thank you.

Halifax store. Fantastic staff. Very welcoming every time I go in. Everyone on the payment desks always polite, friendly & helpful. Sajeeda is a really lovely person. Also Tate extremely helpful with furniture purchases & nothing too much trouble. Thank you everyone. Louise Watson
