Bought some trousers for about £24.99 l expected them to be good quality but on first wash before wearing them they are a complete mess. Very dissatisfied with the quality compared to the price

I ordered 3 items on TK Maxx website and collected them from my local store only to find when I took them out of the plastic bag the cream Hilfiger baseball cap was not wrapped individually and had all red dye over it. Notified the Company who apologised and said I could obtain refund and a £10.00 gift card would be issued as gesture of goodwill.Just received email saying customer service has done the refund but can’t issue gesture of goodwill as no need to return the cap.I don’t want a cap covered in red dye thank you!
This will be my last purchase from this Company because their distribution dept are useless and their customer services are not much better.
In the past I have been sent wrong items, wrong colour ,wrong size by ordering on their website so now enough is enough.

I have done several shopping here and also needed customer assistance and I have to say that was so helpful

I bought an electric shaver and it isn't working properly; I went to return it, but the store manager refused. My advice to everyone is to steer clear of this TK Maxx store in Carrickmines. Today, September 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

If few customer service cannot be helpful, tkmaxx online system should robust ( all aspects of within work according ). So customer will not need to contact the customer service

Always great to be able to speak to a human please do not change this. A faulty pair of earrings arrived in my online order. I spoke to Kai at customer Service, he resolved the issue immediately & was apologetic for the fault, helpful, polite & friendly throughout our conversation. I am a regular tkmaxx shopper & I have consistently had a positive experience with tkmaxx online & in store. Thank you.

I ordered using tkmaxx online. I decided to get it delivered to a store nearby that I was visiting so not my local store. Upon collection, I realised that the order inside was for another customer. This was clearly a mistake with tk maxx online. The customer service representative in house was good at calling g head office, which I appreciated as they have not come back to me over a week later following my complaint to them. A complete waste of my time and energy and not so much as an apology.

Very quick response and kind options for either returning or accepting a discounted rate .
I was told it could take 5 days to respond however, my communication was within one day so thank you for such a speedy resolution

I went to the TK Mexx at the Kew Retail Centre and had a perfect shopping experience. The staff - ie Nilo (sp?) - was so helpful and patient and kind.

Think it’s a joke how your unable to amend you order ( and I’m talking about minutes after it’s placed ) the item hasn’t be ship or even fulfilled in this time and yet they refuse to help you change a address ! Passing the work onto the courier company. You can’t even cancel the order which I’m pretty sure you have a right as a consumer to change your mind.
What would happen if this was fraud and you haven’t placed the order? You’ve got no way of cancelling it? But as long as they’ve got your money, they don’t care.!

Add on : to reply to tkmaxx reply , I’ve contacted you both via email and over the phone and I’ve been told the exact same thing “tough shit” basically. Not willing to change the address and the joke is now the item still hasn’t been posted out as I’ve had no tracking from this so they could’ve changed the address.
