I recently had a few missing parts on a GHD I ordered from Titan. I’ve ordered tens of thousands of dollars in equipment from Titan and this was the first time I’d had anything amiss. Titan was great. Parts re-ordered and sent. Real customer service reps who were prompt and understanding. Titan showed first hand that they put customers first and strive to make things right. Awesome experience and solidified my confidence in Titan.

Poor communication from the start. I had issues with using bread to pay. I sent multiple emails and chats asking for assistance. No response. I had purchase the Assault bike as a guest and then I was able to purchase it. The oil in the syringe for chain is in a big clump. I heated it up and tried to break it up, nothing. The bottle holder is mounted right under the electronic display. There's no way to actually get a bottle in there. I wonder if there was actually a design and engineering team for this. It almost seems like it came from a third world country as a cheap knockoff.

If I could leave a lower score I would. Purchase and delivery went fine, the instructions for assembly are TERRIBLE, nearly unreadable. So on one step, you insert the guide bars for the weight stack and then begin stacking 300lbs of weights onto these bars. The bars are not supported, and they don't tell you that the bars can and will tip over, 300lbs + the guide bars falling over mid assembly is catastrophic for you and the machine. When I contacted Titan they advised me that not only could I not return the product (since its damaged) but they also couldn't sell me replacement parts!! So the machine is so poorly engineered that assembly is flat out dangerous to complete on your own, and then if the thing breaks because you followed their terrible instructions they won't honor their warranty AND won't sell you parts to fix the infernal thing.

I ordered a set of 5 stackable wooden plyometric boxes which were easy to assemble and well built to carry a heavy load on top. I really like their solid feel and overall 22" X 22" wide and non-slip surface. The fit and finish has great tolerances as well. The way they stack on top of each other is neat and gives you a lot of flexibility to adjust the height you're targeting. I highly recommend them. Customer service was on point. I called on two separate occasions and in both instances received top-notch assistance from their team. Just today I spoke with Macy, who quickly took my concern and made me feel confident that everything was going as scheduled. She shared all pertinent information with me and made sure I was comfortable before getting off the call. You can't beat having excellent customer service. Kudos to the Titan Fitness Family.

It was my first experience purchasing from Titan Fitness and it certainly won't be my last. Purchased a SquatMax MD and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Without a doubt, it's one of the best home gym purchases I've made to this point. I had a few questions and a small issue I had to resolve and the customer service agent (Angelo) I dealt with was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely and polite manner. Shipping was fast and the packaging was top-notch. Item arrived in perfect condition. Great experience - buy with confidence!

I’m really happy with the build quality for the price feels like a really nice balance for a home gym it will last me a lifetime.

One of the product that I ordered was lost by UPS, they open a claim but in the meanwhile, after being in contact with the Titan customer care, Titan sent me a new product.
Titan customer care was quick to respond and very satisfying to work with.
In general it was a great experience.

I needed access to the assembly manual for my new squat rack ans was unable to access it on the website. I sent a request for help to get the manual and in less than 24 hours I had it in my email! I am impressed by the attention of customer service and this was on a weekend day!!

I ordered scratch and dent for around 15-20% off retail price. I thought it was great they offered scratch and dent as I'm on a budget. In the order it mentioned that it could be missing "hardware". I thought, if it's missing a bolt, that's fine, I'll get one from Home Depot. When the order arrived it was missing almost all the nuts and bolts, the lockpin and practically half the structure. It was missing the main upright piece. I emailed them and they told me all sales are final, it warned you when you bought it. How on earth can they sell me something only 15-20% off that is missing half of the actual structure? Oh and you can't buy the missing parts anywhere. I literally paid hundreds of dollars for a pile of useless metal. Do not buy anything scratch and dent from them. Also, pay for the shipping insurance as they'll screw you over there too. In fact, it's just not worth your time, buy something from rogue instead.

I recently had an issue with delivery of my order from Titan Fitness. Not only did they own up to the mistake they fully refunded me and acted very promptly and professionally. This is the experience I have come to know and expect from Titan fitness. Not only did this make me feel a lot better but it restored my faith that there are still people and companies that truly care. So again thank you for your professional and timely response to resolve this matter. Shoutout to Jbille who I dealt with throughout this. Very positive and professional the entire time. I hope more people and companies will take note on how to treat customers from this organization and their employees.

We’ve been loyal Titan Fitness customers for years and have always been impressed with their high-quality products. Until recently, we had never needed to reach out to customer service, but when we did, Amyra completely exceeded our expectations.

We were concerned that an order had gone missing, but Amyra quickly and efficiently helped us track it down. Dumbbell rack arrived heavily damaged. Can’t get in contact with customer service. Tried multiple times. Highly recommend another company!

Paying for things you don’t receive should be illegal! Be very careful dealing with them. This happend more then once!!

Horrible customer service and terrible experience in getting answers.

Worst fitness company in the history of fitness. Horrible customer service! Marion should be working as a day laborer and not in CS. Their products are absolutely trash. Cheap, Chinese made junk! There are so many other options available to build your home gym. Don’t waste your time with these clowns, trust me!

I think the equipment is good quality and that is why I have placed many orders over the years. But the customer service and return policies have gone down hill. Sending the wrong bolts with orders then telling you they don't have the correct ones and to go buy my own. I tried returning a few items through their online process which they recommend, and after it took three weeks to get a response they told me it was past the 30 days and they couldn't return. Well if their online process worked it would have been well within 30 days. With so many competitors, find a company who respects you as a customer and provides appropriate customer service.

If I could give Titan Fitness zero stars, I would. This company is a disaster regarding customer service, product quality, and essential accountability.

My Nightmare Experience with Titan Fitness:
📦 12/29/24 – Ordered the Plate-Loaded Functional Trainer ($888.51, Order #1813744189).
📦 1/5/25 – It arrived with no shipping notification.
❌ 1/8/25 – Missing critical parts (13, 14, 17, 19). Contacted Titan Fitness—was told another box should arrive. I had already received both boxes.
❌ 1/9/25 – Followed up via email (Ticket #2355339). No response.
📞 1/10/25 – Spoke with customer service. They confirmed the missing parts were out of stock but did not explain why the product was shipped incomplete. Replacement order (#SO0000123290) was placed.
📦 1/17/25 – Received one missing part (#19).
📦 1/19/25 – Received parts 13 and 14, but only HALF of what was needed. I spoke to another rep, who promised the remaining pieces.
📞 1/21/25 – Called AGAIN. I am still missing part 17 and the complete parts 13 and 14. I was told to "wait another day."
🚨 1/22/25 – Fed up, I requested a full refund. Titan promised a return shipping label but only sent a packing slip—NO label. Emailed them immediately. No response.
📞 1/23/25 – Called yet again. I was told the return label would arrive in 24-48 hours. It didn’t.
📞 1/27/25 – Called to check on the return label. Was told it was still "being investigated" but assured I was within the 30-day return window.
📞 2/3/25 – Called again. Rep needed to "speak to a supervisor," put me on hold for 45 minutes, then HUNG UP ON ME. I called back, waited another 25 minutes, and got the runaround yet again.

Titan Fitness Wasted Over 10 Hours of My Time
🔴 Expect HOUR-LONG hold times to reach a rep.
🔴 Callbacks don’t happen—you have to sit on hold for an average of 56 minutes.
🔴 I never received a complete product.
🔴 I never received all the missing parts.
🔴 I never received a return shipping label.
🔴 I never received a refund.

Final Verdict: NEVER Buy from Titan Fitness!
I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company since Titan Fitness refuses to honor its return process. I never write reviews, but this was so outrageous that I had to warn others.

🚨 DO NOT buy from Titan Fitness. Their incompetence is unmatched, and their customer service is a black hole of wasted time and frustration. You have been warned. 🚨
