I ordered a leg machine from Titan for my mother, I filled in her CC info, but when I hit the pay button, Titan used my Credit Card, which I never knew they had on file, I never allow any company to have any of my banking info on their file, that's insane! (I order a leg machine years ago, they kept all my banking info, so wrong!)

So, how did Titan use my card, when it is required to have the 3 digit security code on the back of the card? They are never supposed to have that info on file, so, just so you know, you buy from Titan, they really seem to not care about your privacy in regards to your Credit Cards or payment information, use them, you risk getting ripped off whenever anyone sees all your Credit Card information at their company, never again will I buy from them. Heed this warning.

The worst customer experience in the industry. It took 9 days to get a response from them. When I finally got a call, they said my ticket kept being pushed to the bottom because I was asking for an update? WTF!!??
The people they have in India barely spoke English and I went round and round with them on the bike console I needed. Finally got in touch with the parts guy, who was an ass, and the part cost more than what Rogue Fitness charges (bike console $175,,,Rogue $145 for a better console). I didn't know that was possible. I will never purchase from Titan again.

Terrible business to deal with. I placed an order on a Sunday night and realized that that accessories I ordered didn’t match the rack I ordered when I received the confirmation email. I immediately sent emails and chats trying to change the order. Their chat system said I can’t make changes to the order so I would have to cancel the entire order. I tried to cancel the order and they told me that I can’t cancel an order that’s already being processed. I tried to get a hold of a supervisor and was told it takes 3 days to escalate a complaint and my order would ship by then. I asked how I could get the right equipment and was told I would have to send the power rack that I ordered back to Titan pay for the shipping myself and then also have to pay for 20% restocking fee then I would have to pay for the new rack then I would have to pay for shipping on top of that. This feels completely criminal to me. I contacted them within 30 seconds after placing my order. You can read any of the other reviews. It seems like there is no customer service after you place your order.

First off the Titan X3 rack system looks great and was straight forward to assemble. Very sturdy and robust with free shipping to your door is very hard to beat. I would say for sure get the shipping insurance as I did not get my safety straps and it did show shipped from Titan. I reached out and was afraid this was going to fall in my lap as I was asked a couple of times did you buy the shipping insurance which I did not. In the end less than 48 hours Dawn with customer support took great care and got the straps sent at no charge to fulfil the order. Thank you Titan for a great product and thank you Dawn for the quick and caring customer support.

Ordered the wrong product by accident i called.left a vm tried to cancel before it shipped. Literally called 5 m8n after made the mistake. I have to pay $70 shipping to return and a 20% restocking fee which is $40. Total spent to return $110. Cost of product $199 getting back $89. Buy equipment locally not worth paying all the fees.

The Kettlebell was delivered before the anticipated date, was received without any defects or problems. Customer service response quickly, either by chat or phone. The product is very well made, has a easy grip wide handle, and will last for years. I'm very impressed, and definitely recommend!

THE ONGOING NIGHTMARE OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TITAN FITNESS! I ON MY FIRST CONVERSATION I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GIVEN A REFUND ONCE THE RETURNED WAS RECIVED. THEY RECIEVED IT AUG 3RD. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT MY REFUND AND I WAS TOLD TO CALL THEN BACK AFTER 10 MORE BUSINESS DAYS IF I DIDN'T GET MY REFUND. TODAY IS AUG 12TH AND STILL NO PROMISSED REFUND! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TERRIBILE CUSTOMER SERVIVE. I HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO THREW THIS SAME PROBLEM!

I’ve ordered a bunch of equipment from Titan Fitness over the last several years. Recently, I ordered Twist Lock Pro collars and they shipped me the wrong product. I reached out via their website chat feature and got connected with a real person within minutes. Their service and solution was stellar! Once I sent them a photo of what was shipped and the order number, they immediately shipped me the correct product and said I could keep the other collars too. I’ve enjoyed all my Titan Fitness products. Titan Fitness is high quality and excellent value for the dollar. The competition just can’t compete with their value.

Return policy is a ripoff. 20% restocking fee plus you pay the return shipping.

I ordered a 60lb ez curl bar and decided the next day to change my order to a 50lb bar. Titan never got back to me after 2 emails were sent the next day. The 60lb bar was delivered yesterday. Titan's customer support is poor at best. Make sure you order the correct equipment or you will be stuck with the wrong item. I'll take responsibility for my original order mistake. Their equipment is good but the good ends there.

You guys, I can't believe what a crap-shoot of a company TITAN FITNESS is. Again, we ordered a piece of equipment and they didn't put one of the most important pieces in the box! After 6+weeks, we were given the whole apology email stating that the piece has been shipped. Great! Fantastic!
I received said package and guess what? They put the wrong piece in the mail! They're supposed to know gym equipment. Their own brand even! Are you that clueless or just don't care about your customers and doing the right thing?!? I have contacted a lawyer and have requested names and numbers of the owners.
Wait and see....stayed tuned!

I love the equipment that I have. I feel that the equipment is solid; gives me a good exercise; I make gains and that is what counts.

I had bought competition bumper plates from this company before but this was the first time I worked with one of their reps and all I can say is Alex the rep l worked with gave great customer service! The plates l purchased are 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the customer service has well! Thank you Alex and Titan Fitness!

I bought a leverage squat machine on sale and the package arrived a short while later- appearing to have already been opened and missing the instruction manual. I found an online manual- which does not match the hardware set that came with my machine. I try anyway and sure enough the manual is asking for screws that do not exist with my hardware pack. There was not a single screw that would fit into the required holes. I call the company and they make me go through loops of sending photos and videos of my issue and they confirm that I got the wrong hardware set. They say they will send a new pack. They send the same exact pack. At this point I got extremely busy at work and got delayed at calling customer service back- so I got stuck with a machine and missing screws to complete the assembly. I ended up needing to buy my own set of screws to finish putting the machine together. Trust me- I tried EVERY screw in the hardware pack and not a single one fit into the required spots. I think they sent me the discontinued model with the current hardware pack. Titan wouldn't let me enter in my own review onto their website so I'm writing it here.
