My fiancé and I got ourselves into a bit of a financial situation try to buy a timeshare. Thank the Lord for Pia Winters. She literally saved our lives and was one of the kindest people we have ever spoke to over the phone. She knew all the information like she was reading our exact contract. She gave us all the tools that we need to get rid of this contract without the high cost. We are so thankful.

I went through a divorce and ended up with a timeshare I didn’t want. I was stuck. Thanks to Timeshare Freedom Group I’m finally free! They kept me up to date through the entire process and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you have a timeshare you want out of then use these guys.

I was skeptical at first with so many company's contacting me. Timeshare Freedom Group is the real deal. It took a couple of months to get out of the timeshare. Worst idea was to ever get that thing.

Time Share Freedom group is AMAZING at what they do! We truly thought we were going to be stuck in our timeshare forever but they did what I thought was impossible and got us set free from our timeshare. My husband had relentlessly been trying to sell it for over 2 years, and thankfully we found the timeshare freedom group . They were professional, timely, and not looking to rip us off which was not what we had been used to prior. Would highly recommend them if you are locked into a timeshare!

The team at Timeshare Freedom Group was so great to work with! I heard the radio add and called in. The customer service was excellent through the whole process which took under 5 months. From the start everyone we spoke with really knew what they were talking about. They were quickly able to answer any questions that we had and we had a lot of them. We would highly recommend the Timeshare Freedom Group if you think you're stuck in a timeshare you don't love anymore.

Couldn’t be happier with their service. I got ripped off by other companies in the past and almost didn’t hire them. Bill Handel endorses them. Heard about it on his Handel on the law show. Hired them around thanksgiving 2017 and got my final paperwork about a week ago saying I didn’t own my crappy timeshare anymore. Thank goodness I found them. Never buy a timeshare. Especially an orange lake.

I hired the Timeshare Freedom Group to help me with my timeshare in Cancun Mexico. There was a time in my life when I enjoyed going to the resorts but it had been about 6 years since I used the timeshare and I was tired of sending the resort money every year and getting nothing in return. I was skeptical at first because I had heard horror stories from people about how difficult it is to get rid of a timeshare. The Timeshare Freedom Group handled everything professionally and made me feel like this was not their first rodeo. It took about 6 months for them to get me out and I couldn't be happier that I trusted them to do the job!

I had no idea just how horrific a timeshare could be when my ex-husband and I signed with Diamond. We were duped, conned and pressured into signing for a timeshare when we were vacationing after our son was born. I had heard about timeshares but never knew what they were actually all about. I guess I assumed it was like owning a vacation property…not the case at all. You don’t actually own anything, you can’t ever book a room and its way more expensive than they lead you to believe. They said they wanted to show us around the resort and we’d get a free dinner… Well, as they say there’s no such thing as a free lunch. After several hours, we signed for a timeshare with a mortgage of $68,000. We were told that our annual dues would be no more than a few hundred dollars…. Come to find out it was actually $2,200 every December. Long story short, we were paying an obscene amount of money for something we didn’t actually own and couldn’t actually use. Fast forward 18 months and my husband split and left me paying for the timeshare and many other expenses. I had no choice but to pay because my job required that I have good credit. I really didn’t know what to do. I soon found out that I couldn’t give it back to Diamond like they promised when we bought it. In fact, it had zero value. I simply couldn’t get out…. So I paid and paid and paid. I was finally referred to Timeshare Freedom Group by my supervisor at work who had used them to get out of several of their timeshares. She gave me the card of the advisor who ran their orange county office. I called and set up a time to come in and meet her. Initially I had a little sticker shock but after she explained that after 10 years, the timeshare would cost me nearly 200k in total fees, the price to hire Timeshare Freedom group was super reasonable in comparison.

After signing up, I got a call from the main office the next morning outlining the next steps. They contacted the resort within the first week and got the process started immediately. I was always able to reach my case manager when I called or emailed and that kept my mind at ease. Its hard to trust someone after getting shafted by a timeshare company. The nice part is that they have a local office by me. All in, I think it took about 6 months to get my name off this dreadful timeshare. I don’t really know how they do it but I know that I no longer have a timeshare and Diamond wiped away everything I owed them. I really thought I’d be stuck with this thing for life until I called Timeshare Freedom Group. Thanks to the whole team there for helping me out and thanks to my boss, Donna for sending me their way. Apparently there are a ton of shady companies who tell people they can get out of their timeshares but never do. I’m so glad that didn’t happen to me. Please tell everyone you know to NEVER buy a timeshare and if they do, send them to Timeshare Freedom Group. I’d give ten stars if were possible on here.

P.S. I now take some of the money I was spending for the timeshare and put it in an investment account for my son. He’s 7 now and by doing this, I will have his college paid for and then some.
