We had not seen our 8mm wedding film in over fifty years, and it has been an absolute delight to see it again, not only for my wife and i but our children and grandchildren, as wel as other family members and friends. This is all thanks to the excellent service and advice from Ian.at Timeless Moments.

I'm not an expert with these transfers but Ian explained if they would work and how to do the order, which I might have struggled with online as I didn't really know what I needed. Communication was timely and everything was dealt with quickly when it cropped up. He was happy to share his knowledge and when I had an add on request he went the extra mile without hesitation. By the end he felt like a mate. That's how to run a business.

Excellent service. Ian responded immediately to my email enquiry and offered a telephone call to explain the process involved in transferring an old cine film of my parents wedding to digital mode. I posted my cine film and Ian confirmed safe receipt which I really appreciated. I received the iCloud link within two days and my cine film was posted back to me the same week. It was very moving to see the my parents wedding and family members in their younger years. It's my parents 59th wedding anniversary in August and I'm planning a wee celebration which will involve a surprise showing of the film. So easy to deal with. I contacted Ian to request that a YouTube video be converted onto a DVD. He came back within the hour to clarify which YouTube video I wanted specifically.

The quality of the DVD is fantastic (Scottish Cup Final - 1998).

I used Timeless Moments to transfer the film of my grandparents’ wedding – it arrived this morning and I was blown away by the quality. The whole family is raving about it! The customer service, speed of turnaround and the final result were all brilliant. I couldn’t fault them and certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

An amazing experience using Timeless Moments for transfer of a deteriorating collection of 16mm cine film (late 40’s early 50’s). Options given regarding available processes. Happy now we have as good a digital copy of family history in pictures as possible. Many Thanks Ian.

Highly Recommended

Having over 3000 feet of Super 8 cine film to convert was a major exercise for Ian. At the time, Ian wrote the converted films onto DVD with titles and menus. The conversion job was done very well and it was nice to be able to see all those films once again and bring back so many memories. No more worries about the films deteriorating in the future. The quality of the DVD films was as good as can be expected since the original film quality governed the output.

Since the original films were scanned in 2010, technology has improved and Ian has been very helpful in the benefits of rescanning again.

I had a short film converted by another company but the quality of Timeless Moments conversion is far superior so I would have no hesitation to recommend Timeless Moments.
