I bought a composite door and paid for the Kubu upgrade. After the door was fitted I had problems getting the Kubu system to work. I purchased a hub which should have made things easier but the hub doesn’t differentiate between the door being closed or closed and locked. My very reason for buying this in the first place. After more than 3 weeks back and forth with customer support, and a replacement hub, I’m told that with my door and lock type this is all the system will do. This is not what is stated on the website. A total waste of money.

Great customer service, willing to listen to feedback and help troubleshoot when needed. My kubu setup works extremely well, would highly recommend!

I had a side garage door fitted by Nuneaton doors. I had my main garage door fitted by them and was very happy with the product and installation hence why I chose them to replace my side door. The installation was good and a problem with a door restraint system I ordered was quickly resolved. The door came with a Kubu smart sensor. I could not get the module off to activate the batteries, but Kubu customer support was excellent and went through the full setup. I am very happy with both companies.

All was ok when I first installed Kubu window and door sensors as part of a full replacement of windows and external doors to our property.
All connected to the hub and able to monitor via the app.
After about 4 months the hub failed to connect to our Eero router and despite many attempts to reconnect it refused to.
Kubu sent out an engineer but he also failed to resolve the problem.
System has been removed and I've been waiting since before Christmas for any reply / resolution. I'm not holding out much hope 😔

My sensor didnt work originally but they sent someone out. They helped me step by step. Thank you Morgan and Shaun

I mis-installed a Kubu PRO Anywhere sensor and Support pinpointed the error immediately and guided me how to correct my error. Door sensor came straight online and problem fixed. Great and fast communications. Thank you Kubu.

I bought the Kubu system when new doors were installed. It has really added to the security of our home as we often forgot to lock the back door. The system has worked seamlessly since installation but with the knowledge that prompt support is available if needed. Unfortunately a lock failure required a new locking system to be installed with the locksmith unwittingly removing the Kubu mechanism. Thankfully Kubu support have kindly arranged for their monitoring system to be reinstalled. Shaun their engineer called today and promptly and efficiently got the door back up on line. Can't recommend Kubu highly enough.

I am very happy with the products from Kubu. We feel safe knowing that our doors are locked and we get information through the App if they are not secure
The App is very informative and helpful if there any issues.
Finally the team at Kubu go above and beyond to support and help when there is an issue.

Very good product and does exactly what it's designed for and app works very well. Any problems and the tech team respond very quickly. Recommend kubu over any alarm system.

We’ve just had a security unit built for my motorcycles and were initially looking at a steel door. A neighbour who installs doors recommended a heavy-duty composite door with a built-in security system and we are so glad we listened.

The door sensor links to an app that notifies you whether the door is open or closed and even whether the locking bolts are engaged. The level of security and technology is seriously impressive.

We’ve been so impressed that we’re now looking at upgrading the doors on the house as well. Customer service has been absolutely next level from start to finish.

Following my installation of new windows fitted by T&K in 2024, I can thoroughly recommend their services plus the Kubu system. The latter gives added peace of mind when leaving your property plus receiving alerts when other key holders enter etc. Very good service on all fronts.

Love knowing all my windows and doors are secure but had one issue so
I contacted customer service as I had a problem with conecting one of my sensors had dropped off the hub. So I was unable to reconnect. The problem was delt with very quickly.
With new sensors. Now I also now know the new sensors can do all my windows so i can add to the system.

What can I say but WOW.

Future homes by Nationwide Have just installed my new windows and doors (They look great), on completion I was delighted to learn that they had included the latest smart tech (KUBU), but as a technophobe I was a bit apprehensive about getting it set up. however, I shouldn’t have worried as the installation was very straightforward requiring no special tools or IT skills. The functionality and added security this system now affords me is amazing. I particularly like the geofencing element as this notifies me when leaving the property about any windows and doors which have not been locked. Great product and great customer service. I honestly can't fault the KUBU team or the product (big shout out to Morgan and Shaun for your support when setting this system up)

This installation was completed one week after my wired house alarm developed a fault. Having paid a leading alarm company £85 for a call out, only to be told that they couldn’t repair it, adding that a new system would be needed at a cost of circa £1000, and a monitoring service charge of £25 per month. However having now seeing the security benefits which KUBU provides I will be removing my old alarm completely and saving myself that expense. as the KUBU system affords me a home security and monitoring system at a fraction of the cost whilst avoiding the monthly fee.

The future is here, thanks KUBU.

Needing a replacement window I chose Reliant Windows after reading good reviews for the company, it was a good choice, with the window came a Kubu Sensor pack which linked to a app on my phone it warns me if I've left a window open, I rang Kubu costomer service for initial help and they have a very fast response to thier customer needs, I spoke to Tom who guided me through the initial setting up which was straight forward. I am very pleased with this new piece of security and would highly recommend Kubu Smart Security and Reliant Windows for a very professional job

Never heard of Kubu until we bought a house recently that was installed with new doors + windows that supported, so took a chance to see what it was about. Unfortunately my original order got sent to the wrong address but received possibly the best aftercare service in recent memory, the order was resent and we also had additional support from an engineer who came out to install and demo the sensors on our front door and window. The product is very impressive and works extremely well, I'll definitely be ordering more in the future!

Great product and great customer service. I honestly can't fault them and really appreciate the conversation I've had recently by phone to fix an issue I was having. The product itself has already proved itself worth the investment as the peace of mind it provides in knowing doors are locked is invaluable

Kubu is the gadget we didn't know we needed till we have it and now its fully up and running its amazing.

It compliments the Ring security to know your home is safe.

Why is this such a secret the world needs this. Insurance companies should be targeting this as a weapon against crime.

I had a problem and Kubu responded promptly. When the suggestion did not work they replaced the unit without any quibble

We recently had new windows and doors fitted and Kubu came as part of the package.
Set up was super easy but I had an issue with connecting the door. Spoke to Kubu who were great, went through some trouble shooting but realised that the sensors I had been sent had since been updated so sent all new sensors for the whole house.
New sensors set up a breeze and any issues got through to Kubu who resolved the issue quickly.
Product 10/10 - app easy to use and can use sureshield for extra security when away.
Customer service - 11/10 everyone I’ve spoken to is super helpful and knows who to contact for best results.
Would recommend to everyone.
