Ian transcribed some small video tapes for us. Although we had to wait a month or two, everything went well.
He handles most old media and would recommend him and his service.

After searching for a while for someone to convert our old cine reels we found Ian at Timeless Moments. A very friendly and knowledgeable man. Our options were discussed beforehand and the process was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the completed video files were amazing.

Ian was able to advise on quality and as the VHS tape had deteriorated I will return with the original cine film if I can locate it. Excellent service for a second time and the joy of watching back what we thought were never captured on video was priceless. Hearing the screeches of delight from our daughters seeing themselves as babies and tiny children from a time when mobile phone cameras weren’t a thing was joyful. I came to Ian with a box full of slides and cinefilm that stretched back to my great grandparents, to have them converted as a surprise birthday present for my Mum. To say we were blown away with the results is an understatement, and the laughter and tears they generated will be remembered for many years to come. Ian did an incredible job of converting everything with professionalism, sensitivity and care. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough, his comms and level of service were second to none. As a family we are indebted to him for the work he carried out, and will be forever grateful that these old slides and films have now been safely immortalised. Ian provides an excellent and personal service. During a recent holiday I called on Ian with over 60 films (in various formats) to digitalise within the span of my 15 day holiday.He did so at some personal cost to his usual free time. The results were excellent and he retained copies on his "cloud" until I detailed those I wanted enhanced to an even higher resolution.He completed as promised and posted them back on a HD left with him. Highly recommended and 5 stars seems inadequate!!

I had the full process clearly explained and the results lived up to all expectations. It was great to see again images I hadn't been able to access for over 50 years.

I found some old cine films taken in the 60s and 70s by my Dad. Absolute joy to see them digitalised, especially since I was able to show them to one of their old friends just before she died.

Brilliant service. Made some old family slides really pop!

Timeless Moments Recreated! Absolutely delighted to get an old 16mm family movie which I found in the garage converted to MP4. Revisiting 1960 literally brought tears to my eyes! Over the last few years I've had many batches of old Kodak slides converted to .jpg by Timeless Moments - Ian provides a great service and I definitely recommend this company.

I had two audio reels converted to digital as a gift to my mum for her birthday. These had been sitting untouched since their recording in the mid-1960s so I wasn't sure what condition they'd be in. However, Ian did the most wonderful job, carefully putting my mind at ease to ship them there and back safely.
I surprised my mum with the audio, with her hearing her grandparents' and parents' voices as they were in her childhood, and I hearing my great-grandparents for the very first time. I can't thank you enough for this gift and will be back with more soon!
