Poor and uneven edging on placement
My friend raved about the tilly placemats and coasters, so I bought them. I was very disappointed when I received them because they are not all the same size and the edging cutting is terrible and uneven!! They are quite pricey for plastic, and I would have expected better quality.

I received the replacement ladle for the one that broke during shipping,
I received the cooking utensils I had ordered. Unfortunately, the ladle broke in transit. I contacted the customer service department, and, very expeditiously, they shipped a new one to me at no extra cost.
The utensils look beautiful! However, my wife and I do a lot of cooking and how they will endure some rigorous use remains to be seen.

One of the worst experiences buying…
One of the worst experiences buying home products. I ordered a birthday present and it never showed up. The courier was dishonest saying he was delivering it when it was never delivered Tillys customer service, was asking me to wait 20 days to except the return back to them and then wait another 20 days to mail it back to me with the same courier.
I am in the wholesale retail business as well and I know that you never want to lose a customer or give a customer a reason to give a bad review. I think they could’ve worked harder to resolve the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order. We understand that you were expecting a birthday present which unfortunately did not arrive, and we are sorry for the disappointment this has caused.
We want to clarify that we have no control over the local couriers and their delivery process, and it is not uncommon for delivery attempts to fail due to various reasons beyond our control. After multiple failed delivery attempts, your parcel was marked as "returned to sender." When we were able to confirm it we issued a full refund on November 7th.
We understand that waiting for the return of the parcel can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, as per our standard policy, we ask customers to kindly wait for up to 20 days to allow the couriers such as USPS time to deliver the return to sender item back to our facilities. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we regret that we were not able to meet your expectations. We assure you that all parcels that are in transit, such as this one, are protected by our guarantees, and we take full responsibility for any issues that may arise.

Beautiful tea set
My beautiful tea set arrived reasonably quickly and extremely well packaged. The box was ripped and banged up but the excellent internal packaging saved it. I would happily order from Tilly Living again

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made the mistake of transposing the street address of my apartment with the delivery address - and my order was despatched to an address that didn't exist.
Completely my fault! The customer service team at Tilly's sorted it out for me. They located the parcel and organised a re-despatch. Really polite and kind - when the mistake was mine.

Good service
I ordered some wooden kitchen tools for my daughter. They were dispatched promptly and arrived in good time. I took advantage of a discount on another set at the same time. These were dispatched but didn’t arrive. Tilly Living we’re very helpful and communicated well with me to try and work it out. They eventually refunded my money. 6 months later the product arrived in good condition. Tilly was great to work with.

Very disappointed
UPDATE 12/19/21: I received a very nice note from Customer Service. They notified me that replacement items have been sent.
I was so excited to order from this company! I ordered 3 of the 7 piece wooden utensil sets and a set of the gold candle holders. Two different utensils arrived cracked. Several other utensils were not smooth. One of the candle holders arrived broken in half. I have contacted customer service multiple times about replacements or a refund, and have received no response. Unfortunate as these were intended to be Christmas gifts. I will not be reordering...
