TEAKORA-First of all, I would never recommend ordering from this company. They advertise it as a Canadian company. It is not they just have an 800 number here no one to contact just a recording or email. Their emails keep going around in a circle. I’m getting nowhere. I wanted to return the set as it is not what I expected. The little wood container is way too small and tips over easily. The utensils have a short handle and for that price, I expected a regular length handles. Plus my spaghetti slotted spoon is missing !!!!

I have tried to return only learning that it has to go through China. And you have to pay some kind of duty. And if it doesn’t show up too bad, so sad!
well who trust anything coming and going out of China not me that’s for sure. Very very disappointed they lure you in by saying it’s Canadian. I normally don’t order things online and will never do so again. Stay away there’s better ones that I’ve seen in store since once ordering these…for way less I don’t know what possessed me to order this in the first place! I thought it said 30 day trial and it’s returnable. What a scam. big mistake people !
Plus I did not receive the slotted spaghetti spoon! One of the items I would use a lot. Have not heard back from them since I told them this.

Ordered in later January 26 - unlike most I received my order but like another reviewer received 2 damaged items. Like other reviewer received an email from “Olivia” asking me if the product was ok and to reply to her email if I needed any help with anything. I replied and sent pictures of damaged pieces and, of course, never heard back. I followed up on my email and again, no response.

Since then the website is inactive and emails are bouncing back. Obviously a scam. And surprise! Another store (Teakora) has opened in Toronto (last one was supposedly in Ottawa) - probably the same scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM WOODLY STORE OR TEAKORA.

I've had pretty much the same experience as other reviewers - ordered in early February 2026, received an email with some rubbish story about it being a small company struggling to meet orders late in February, and since then the only contact I've had was an emailed asking 'Are you loving your Woodly order?'. Both emails were offering discount codes, to lure you into losing even more money. Wish I could give them zero stars. As other reviewers have said - Teakora looks exactly the same as Woodly.

I ordered two sets in Feb 2026. They took my money but the sets have not arrived. Website and email isn't working . Very frustrated.

I ordered from this company on March 4. Still to receive my order. No refund and can’t contact them. So disappointed.

I made an order In March and I never got my utensils. Tired to contact them 5 times and never got a response.
I just read on here that the web site soient exist anymore. Wow! What a great company 🤬.
I just saw a new ad on Facebook. A company called teakora. Same utensils, same cookbook. Weird.

Ordered on March 3 with promised expedited delivery in 5-9 days and still have not received anything (April 21). Card was charged immediately! I emailed a month ago - no response. Emailed again today - the email now bounces!! Ripped off!

I would give no stars if I could. Items were paid for March 5th but never received. My emails came back as undeliverable.

I never received my order from this company. My credit card was charged within 48 hours of placing the order. I have made attempts to contact them. My emails have never been answered. I am $100 out of pocket. What crappy customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered the product March 3/26 and still not received anything from Woodly. I have emailed twice and the email address and website no longer exist. Scammed out of my money

Ordered product March 1. It is now April 11 and still have not received items. No word from company. $100 scammed…

I ordered the teak set of utensils in Jan. 2026 and one cutting board. Did finally get them about three weeks later. Decided to order another cutting board. Did eventually get that. However, the larger cutting board has split. I maybe used it twice and never left it in water. Tried to email with photos. The email bounced back as u deliverable. The sets sold on Amazon are varied and every bit reliable and much cheaper. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM WOODLY IF THEY POP UP AGAIN.

Yeah must be a scam! Placed an order in February and received nothing. Got an email shortly after saying they fell behind due to increased demand and orders would be shipped in March. Still nothing. Social media is down. Website is down

Too bad it is not possible to give zero star. I have been scammed. Never received the product, and had no anwer to my emails. Been stolen almost 100$. AVOID!!!!

I was also scammed by Woodly. I did finally receive the utensil set after a few weeks, but it was an extremely Inferior product with many flaws. I had to toss most pieces in the garbage. "Olivia" emailed me to ask about the "wonderful" product before I ever received anything. I sent back pictures asking for a refund but no answer. The website has since disappeared. Buyer beware and lesson learned.

Scam. We never received our product. Now site is gone. And try to get your money back. Good luck.

Ordered March 9. ( Teak utensil set and 3 cutting boards) . Unfortunately, AFTER ordering I saw a few things that sent up some red flags. Credit card charged right away. Invoice says 5-8 day priority shipping. At 9 business days and no merchandise I sent a status inquiry as the Shop app still says Pending. Yesterday at 11 business days I sent another email (responding to the invoice email as it said at the bottom) asking for an update. No answer received. After some looking around and coming here it would seem it's all a scam. I don't see any of their Facebook ads anymore. woodlystore.ca doesn't open what it used to either.
Edit: after posting today another ad came across my Facebook feed for a shopteakora.com site and this website is practically a carbon copy of the Woodly store.ca. Another scam no doubt. The site isn’t even completely finished.
