Order split into two shipments without asking and without additional cost which meant materials arrived as soon as they were available. No additional charge for pallet delivery (unlike everyone else).

Cheapest online by far and excellent service

£100 a square metre in local homebase, £40 a square metre at tile supply, out of 20 boxes and 500 tiles only 3 broken tiles. Prompt delivery and helpful when phoning before ordering to check stock level.

Good communication is expected from good companies and this is a great company that delivered what they said they would when they said they would and they offered delivery choices. The overall cost was better than their competitors. But honestly every email was followed by an identical text. I received 2 " how did we do survey requests" (this one being the third) before the tiles had even been delivered. I prefer the order and forget purchase method

Decided to get samples first which arrived quickly and extremely well packaged, because of this decided to buy from them too. Easy online buying, did think delivery charge a bit pricey but including postage was still cheaper than other suppliers. Great text messaging service about when to expect delivery, and again extremely well packaged in bubble wrap so no breakages. Tiles have been easy to apply and cut. Overall very happy with purchase.

I have never dealt with a ruder company of people. I expect if everything goes right with your order, you will be happy. If it goes wrong, be prepared to deal with the poorest customer service e.g. not dealing with complaints over the phone despite providing a customer services phone number (apparently on the advice of "Trading Standards"), not responding to emails, responding to emails and not addressing the points you make in the email, not abiding by the Distance Selling Regulations.

If I were you, I would go elsewhere, anywhere but here. I feel aggrieved at having to give them 1 star!

Ordered wed 18th on 2 to 3 day delivery. hadn't arrived by mon 23rd. Chased up and my order hadn't even been processed. somehow it had been overlooked. Finally arrived the following day. 6 days after order

We required 6 inch not 150mm white tiles. A litte difficult to find but once on the Tile Supply website - all was good. However, general telephone enquiries were met with
" order it on line " and questions on delivery were not welcomed. I paid for speedy shipment and the tiles arrived 3 days late. They would not give me an update on when to expect the tiles.
I suspect the people who answered the phone were on a sales counter and were busy with other customers.

The price was the best on the net and carriage was free due to the size of the order. We got an email the evening of despatch to say we'd receive the shipment the following day. When received there were no damages, the pallet was very well packed and protected. The delivery driver even kindly trucked the pallet to a more convenient place at the back of the house. An excellent company to deal with.

Really pleased with the customer service provided by the Tiles Supply. Always helpful and the orders are arriving within two three days.

I requested sample tiles and they were delivered in good condition very quickly. The charge was extremely reasonable.

Extremely poor customer service this company have a complete disregard for their customers consumer rights and their own terms and conditions stated on the their website. Failed to tell me my order was out of stock and refused to give me a refund unless I put it in writing despite their website stating that for refunds and cancellations to call their 'helpline'. Also told me I would have to wait 31 days for my refund. Unapologetic and rude staff who refused to listen and then hang up. I also paid £30 for express delivery for a very small delivery suggesting the urgency of the order. Complete joke of a company. You definitely get what you pay for!!!!

I ordered the tiles on Tuesday and they were delivered on Friday. Fast delivery.

The tiles were well priced and all the items were as ordered and in excellent condition. The only small point would be the delay in keeping me informed of when the order would be shipped (it took about 5 days)
