Ordered 2 underfloor heating mats, realised that I had a floor height issue in one room, called and cancelled one before it had shipped....were helpful in sorting that mess up on my part out, but then 30 days for a refund! No idea why it should take so long.

Tile supply is the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 6sq metres of tiles for my kitchen. When these tiles arrived nearly 1 week late I realised I had ordered the wrong colour by mistake. I contacted tile supply to explain my mistake in order to exchange them for the correct colour. I was told that this was no problem but informed I would be responsible for the shipping costs of the new tiles and to return the others. I excepted this as it was my mistake. Unfortunately the correct colour tiles were not in stock so I had to wait until these arrived in stock. When the tiles arrived in stock I was told to return the old tiles as they could not ship the new ones until they had received the old ones back. I then had to wait for a returns number, as soon as I received this I shipped the tiles back to Tile Supply. I tracked the shipping and contacted them as soon as I knew they'd received them. I was then for the first time informed there would be a 30% restocking charge. I asked why this was as I only wanted to exchange the tiles and also enquired why this had not been mentioned on their emails. The shipping cost and the 30% restocking charge made the tiles uneconomic to return. Tile supply refused to exchange the tiles, and told me I had to order and pay for new tiles before they would ship. I reluctantly agreed and offered to pay the balance between my refund and the new tiles. They refused to do this saying I had to wait for a refund and had to pay again in full. After numerous calls and emails to managers that really got a response I read reviews and realised problems like mine were common. So I went to [External reference] for the tiles and waited for my refund. After over a week there was still no refund so I called them again, I was rudely told I had to wait up to 30 days for the refund, I reluctantly waited and after 30 days I still hadn't received my refund. I called them again and was told they hadn't put the refund through, but informed me they would and I would receive it in 30 days. I said that I had already waited the 30 days and asked to speak to the manager again. The manager came on and rudely said I would have the refund by the end of the week. The end of the week came and still no refund, however, they emailed me to say that it was no longer possible to refund to PayPal due to the length of time and they would contact me to refund me to a credit card. Which makes me wonder why this could not have been done much earlier. They make every excuse to hang onto your money for as long as possible and I find that very suspicious! So please read the other reviews similar to mine and do not use this company!!!!

Haven't placed a final order yet..But the initial service of sample tiles was just great for me..I cannot get out to the shops being disabled, so I ordered just 2. They were packaged safely and I received them within days.I do hope when I place my HUGE order the service will be as good...The prices are excellent

I ordered sample tiles 317 x 317 one in silver and one in white. What I got was two tiny offcuts 9 mosaics per square! and I am still waiting on the floor tile sample - not a promising start really is it!

I emailed to advise I wanted the correct sample size sent or a refund - in my 'basket' it says 'SAMPLE - Waxman Moon White Glass Mosaic Sheet 317 x 317mm

That is exactly what it says in the basket furthermore I checked the sample policy

**Please note if you order more than one sample of a mosaic sheet we will only be able to send one offcut of a mosaic sheet. 1 sample tile per mosaic sheet per customer***

it also says 'it is advisable to order a sample tile so that you can see exactly what it looks like rather than relying on the image online.'

Now I read that as one full sample tile anything more will be sent as an offcut otherwise why not just state only one sample per customer and state sample size!
I find this to be very misleading and when I told them so the reply was argumentative.

The policy needs to be re-written to make it quite clear that only one sample will be sent and the sample size. As to use the word 'exactly' is not correct.

Furthermore they need some good customer service staff.

The packaging was also ridiculous - a full size box big enough for a 317x317 tile filled with bubble wrap and two tiny offcuts that could never hope to give me an idea of whether or not suitable to order
I will not be ordering my tiles from this shoddy company and not only would I not recommend them, I would warn prospective customers to avoid them.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the delivery to kirb side. Fine if your a building site with lots of labour, not so great if your doing a little diy on your own. The tiles are great, well packed, best price and delivered as promised.

Tile arrived intact, which was good, but I paid for next day delivery, (at 7.15am Wednesday) and the tile arrived Monday!!!??? Think I deserve a refund of £4.99

Still waiting for my tiles. No updates as to dispatcjh or problems. 1 week and counting .

They were briliant, helpfull and informative. Every question was answered promptly and without that condisending attitute you get from other firms when you are not sure of the product

Ordered tiles on Sunday,delivery received on Tuesday morning. Driver even made space in garage to put pallet

Having ordered 5 square meters of tiles KA1F2540WHTG on the 5th of March and then waiting 8 days for delivery instead of the 2-3 days as estimated, then on arrival I checked for breakages and the tiles were correct, I then contacted the contracter to come and put the tiles up, He proceeded to put the tiles onto the bathroom wall and I noticed some tiles were different and had to be removed, The contracter told me there were 12 tiles different to all the rest that were mixed in with the correct tiles. The tiles should have been gloss tiles but the 12 are of a satin type finish or possibly missed the last gloss coating process
Having contacting the office I was told they only except e mails, and having at that time my computer crashed, I had to borrow a frieds computer to complain, with emails going backwards and forwards and taking 2 lots of pictures at different times and sending them on only to be told that the returns had run out of time, inspite that this problem is not of my doing.
This means that on ordering tiles from Tile supply every tile should be inspected and as I am disabled I find this is not possible, so now I am short in the bathroom and have 12 tiles which are no good to me, Alfred Vincent

I placed my order with tile supply as their website said 3-5 days delivery. It has now been 6 weeks. They took my money fast enough. I called them a couple of weeks after I placed the order to see what was happening and I was told by the manager we would receive the item in 3 days. I had to pay a tiler for no work as he had turned up a second time and there was nothing there. I called again today as I have had no email or courtesy call from Tile Supply and I was told my order has been canceled as the product has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I checked with the manufacturer and they tell me they have no intention of discontinuing this product in the foreseeable future. I asked when I would receive my refund and they said it would be 30 days. When I said this was unacceptable they got quite irritable with me. I said I could send someone in to collect the cash and they hung up. I called back and a man with an Irish accent came in the phone and said "if I turn up there I would be thrown out on my a*** and they would enjoy it" I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have ordered a test tile but unfortunately still waiting. Not sure I want to order my tiles if this is anything to go by.

I ordered 18sq metres of tiles from tilesupply.co.uk and paid for express delivery as my tiler had a cancelation and was able to bring my job forward a week. I was told I've receive these tiles on Monday 12th, on Monday afternoon I decided to phone and just confirm the tiles where defiantly arriving as it was nearly 4pm. I was told my order had been canceled due to the wrong price been advertised online and if I wanted them I would have to pay an additional £266 as you can imagine and I upset and annoyed mainly because I received no correspondence what so ever and I had arranged I tiler to do a job for me and now would have to cancel costing him time and money. I spoke to the " assistant manager [name]" and explained I was unhappy and believed because they had made the mistake they should quickly correct it. What followed next was the most unbelievable response I have ever heard and if continued to get worse. I was told this is a business not a charity, we can't sell tiles cheaper than we buy them for [name] said. I asked why I didn't receive a call advising me of the cancelation as soon as they were made aware. [name] claimed he sent me an email and it must of went to my junk folder which was strange as I received all previous emails no problem at all. Just for the record I checked my junk folder and as expected I didn't receive any email. I wanted to escalation the call and speak to the manager or company director. [name] told me he wouldn't waste anyone else's time as they was nothing he they could do. I was told to email in and he would pass my complaint on. I was also told if I wanted to speak with the company director I had to go on companies house and find the details out that way. After going round in circles for several minutes I asked for a full refund to be refunded to me ASAP. I was told it would take up to 30 days but they will fast track it and I should have it back within three days. Fast forward two weeks. I since purchased the tiles from tops tiles and have the tiler booked in again next week. However I still done have a refund. My wife has just phoned to find out what's going on and has just been spoke to appallingly from, you guessed it [name]. Apparently I haven't asked for a refund which surprises my somewhat. What do they expect that I'm just going to say. It's fine you messed up, it's fine you didn't contact me to tell me my tiles wouldn't be getting delivered, it's fine [name] is a cocky assistant manager with no people skills what so ever. I still actually can't believe what has happened and the way we've been treated. I'm not overly concerned about the incorrect prices on the website. I was able to purchase the tiles elsewhere. What does concerned me is the way I've been treated and how my complaint has been handled. Just to put the icing on the cake we have today been told it's going to take 30 days to receive our refund. All in all the worst company I have ever dealt with. I urge anyone reading this to avoid this company and use a reputable company. I welcome a director, or Manager to give me a call and discuss my concerns.
