I initially ordered a sample which came pronto and well packed! From the online image I knew they were what I was wanting and the sample quality didn't disappoint! I ordered same day and arrives two days later! Had them fit and they look amazing! Recommend to everyone! Will use again when work starts on my mothers bathroom!

The tiles i ordered were brown and the tiles i received are virtually grey and not even labled as what i ordered but as Colour (which is a B&Q brand)
. Now i have to send them back at MY expence....

I ordered and paid for my order last week Monday and was told would take 2-3 working day. Paid the delivery charged, and now after 5 working days, I still haven't got them. Poor delivery service

If you want tiles and plenty of choice then check out tile supply. Plenty of choice in all sizes and colours and patterns. Border tiles and accessories needed to help you with your tiling. Quick delivery and good prices. Very helpful.

I do not usually write reviews, however, when I receive a service above what is expected it is good manners to commend that firm. As an expert is systems and processes I qualified to determine what is good or that matter bad. The business model of sending tiles through the post is arguably questionable. However, this company have pulled off what is an exceptionally difficult customer service model. The sample tile was packed and boxed in such away it would probably survive being dropped from a great height. The final order arrived similarly packed and arrived undamaged. Well done for delivering an exceptional service.

We phoned to ee how long delivery would take and were told 2-3 days. Ordered on a Wednesday hoping for delivery by Monday, after placing order we were told it wouldn't be coming until Tuesday, so we had to delay contractor by a day. The remainder of the order has till not arrived after 9 days and we have had no one contacting us to explain.

Really easy to use online ordering system, once ordered the tiles where delivered the following day, good fast service. Will be using them again.

I bought my Dathana Metro Black Bumpy kitchen tiles from this company at the end of May 2014 after ordering a sample tile which looked fine. After installing around 7m2 of this in my kitchen, I discovered that the 4 lines of protective wax on each tile when rubbed off prior to grouting left permanent marks on the vast majority of the tiles where the protective wax was (the irony, it's supposed to protect the glaze and instead appeared to have damaged it somehow). Obviously the entire lot now needed stripping and retiling. I spent the next couple of months in dispute with them trying to get them to cover the cost or labour of this. Be warned though that as soon as you enter their returns process you're unlikely to actually be able to speak to anyone in my opinion - they told me over the phone their returns process is dealt with by e-mail. As part of trying to sort things out I sent them some sample tiles, which were to be picked up from my place of work. Unfortunately the courier they used to pick up the sample tiles picked up a totally different item not meant for them with a totally different destination address written on it (I have no idea why their staff at the other end even accepted this item). This then led to all sorts of problems with Tile Supply making calls to my place of work, which took up both my and my work colleagues time. Eventually I'd had enough of this and asked to be refunded. They had offered a refund earlier, however it eventually became not worth the hassle to pursue more than just a refund. At this stage you might think it would all be over in a few days - think again! The refund took 28 days to happen. I called after a few days to find out what the delay was only to be unhelpfully told "it's with accounts". When I asked to speak to accounts to find out what the hold up was I was told this was not possible. When I contacted them again (by e-mail) trying to find out what was happening with my refund, I was asked to please stop harassing their staff. It's now early September and I've finally just about finished stripping off the old tiles and am almost back to square one again. I, for one, will never buy tiles over the web again. In my opinion anyone even considering buying from this company should think very, very carefully. They have now e-mailed me threatening to to sue me for libel for posting this review, however all of the above is either fact I can back up or my opinion (and as far as I know we still have free speech in this country), so good luck with that.

Not sure these tiles weren't seconds.There was a line running through many of them which looked more like a fault than part of pattern. But the delivery company was the worse part. Firrst got text saying delivery in morning then another asking me to phone a number that put me on hold for 20 minutes before being told delivery wasn't coming that day then another text saying delivery after 5pm .This came too late to arrange to be in so 27 minutes on hold to sort that out. Horrible experience.

I always worry with online companies, this is a worry free one. All round great service.

Excellent value for all sorts of tiles. Very good website. I have placed 3 orders with them now: 1st order was the wrong colour tiles (our fault). They would not take them back though as we had gone on holiday in the interim and the 'returns date' had passed (I didn't know ceramic tiles had a sell by date!). 2nd order: Paid £7.99 for postage on the basis the tiles would arrive in '2 to 3 working days' as stated on the website. Actually took 8 working days as, coincidentally, did the 3rd order I recently placed with them. So Tile Supply are great if you want to save some money.. Not so good if your tile job needs to be finished in a hurry!

the tiles were easy to find on the website and when I ordered the samples they came within 4 days, its always best to try a sample to make sure the colour is exactly what you want and they were only 49P a tile. it helped me to choose the correct ones for my kitchen.

I new what tiles I wanted and searched Internet found tile supply and read reviews ordered tiles contact was spot on updated all the time delivered when they said they would tiles are spot on would defo use and recommend them to all

Was very impressed by being able to get information by chatting on line to employee. It was very helpful indeed and not rushed so I had time to check out the instructions given and still come back for further help.

I recently ordered Mapei grout for mosaics I create and I ordered a few different colours. I liked that they stocked the grout in a range of sizes as well as colours. I contacted customer service after I ordered as I wanted to add more to my order (I couldn't as they had already efficiently picked and packed my order). But the person I spoke to was friendly, cheerful and helpful. The grout I ordered was great quality, delivery quick and items well packed, just what I needed and I would definately order from this company again.
