They said 2 day delivery and after 4 days I called them to tell me that there had been problems. No one bothered to call me in that time. They then basically lied and said the items were out when they had not even left the showroom!

This company was a pleasure to deal with. The product was as described and arrived in perfect condition. The price was excellent.

I paid extra money for 1-2 day delivery and after 4 working days still had not arrived. Customer service were rude and lied about the delivery as well!

We needed some specific tiles in a hurry. Tile Supply showed that they were in stock on their web site.
Unfortunately, when we had placed the order, we were contacted (very efficient and helpful service) and informed that actually they didn't have sufficient stock.
So unfortunately we weren't able to obtain the tiles from them, but the service was excellent anyway.

I found Tile Supply when I found out some tiles I really liked were no longer stocked by my local Topps Tiles - and I am so glad I found them! Really great prices and a fantastic selection, including my 'obsolete' tiles so ordered online to collect at Teignmouth store. Every step of the way I was emailed with progress reports and when I collected them I found the advisor to be helpful also, showing samples of matching grouting colours. Will definitely deal again with this firm over other suppliers

The tiles arrived as ordered, in good condition and speedily.

Fantastic Quality Service Ultra Fast Delivery...

Ordered 7 packs of tiles on a Thursday night, they were delivered on the following Wednesday (within the 1 hour time slot I was given by text that morning - handy).

The tiles were packed really well, and there were no problems with breakages. Would use again.

only ordered a couple of sample tiles, but will use to order for the whole bathroom when we are ready. received email confirmation stating they would need to be signed for, so replied to email asking if i could change to my work address, received a reply within minutes saying this was no problem. tiles arrived well packaged and in very good time.

Web site easy to use. Kept informed of purchase and delivery. Delivery driver extremely helpful. Arrived on time in very good condition. Would use this company again and have no reservations with recommending them.

Having been around the high street stores , the price is key to it all.
If you don't ask they don't drop the price.
Tile supply company is very very keen on price and quite helpful to on the products . Found them far cheaper than the leading tile shop. Delivery arranged and made on time. Would certainly use again

All looked promising when I found Tile Supply. Wide range of products, descent descriptions and good prices. I decided to try them and ordered materials for couple of jobs. When I haven't received delivery on time I called them just to find out that my order hasn't been shipped because tile adhesive (needed for one job) is not suitable for matting (ordered for another project). Person I spoke to on the phone said they tried to contact me to clarify but no one ever did. I had to cancel the order and get materials from somewhere else loosing time and money. It's two weeks later now and still waiting refund. I phoned them three times so far just to hear same explanation about accountant sorting refunds out. [Name], the guy from customer service seemed to be unprofessional and ignorant promising actions that haven't happened.

So if you are looking for reliable supplier than TILE SUPPLY is NOT the company you want to dill with.

We have previously ordered from this company and the goods delivered in tact...which was fine, the problem seems if you need any refund or replacements.

My husband and I recently ordered some tiles for our downstairs bathroom, during the delivery of the tiles a number of packages fell off the pallet, the driver estimated the number of breakages to be 3 boxes and noted this on the delivery note. My husband checked the delivery once home and noticed there were less breakages, now only 10 tiles, but one missing box of tiles, this was reported to the company, but the missing box subsequently found, this had been placed on the drive away from the rest of the delivery hence the confusion. End result we need 10 replacement tiles.

The returns department refuse to refund or provide replacements, due to incosistencies, bizarre since we are reducing the number of breakages not increasing! That was purely an estimate by the driver, pictures of the broken tiles have been sent.

It appears that you are not apply to speak with the returns department, so how does this ever get resolved.

Since my husband had no luck, I emailed one of the directors, other than a very fast email back a week ago, where I was told he would look into it but would need a letter from my husband who placed the order, to which I have said any replies can be sent to my husband,neither of us have received any reply about resolving this issue.

I have now ordered replacements from another company. For us the cost of the tiles is not an issue since it was so few, but what if it had been more!

Such a shame to have negative feedback for something that could be so easily fixed with good customer service.

Superb value for money. Easy to use. Quick delivery

I just wanted plain colour tiles for my kitchen. Looking around in local shops, I found everything very expensive. I checked online for shops where I could find what I wanted and I found Tile Supply which it had just what I wanted and very good price. I found delivery expensive but even like that it was cheaper than my local shops. I am happy customer.

I didn't expect it to be that easy ordering tiles. Nor did I honestly expect to receive them all in one piece. But from start to finish - ordering was so simple and I was kept informed every step of the way. The tiles arrived superbly packaged and quickly. I've finished tiling around my bath and now I'm looking for another tiling job! I will definitely be ordering from them again. Fantastic!

The tiles were exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition. It was easy to find what I wanted on the website and easy to order. I had regular updates about shipping and delivery, including the day and time of delivery (though the tiles arrived 2 hours early). The order arrived only 2 days after ordering. They were superbly packaged. I have only praise for this company.

Always a little weary when buying on line but no need to worry with this company, tiles a third of the price that I had found around my area. Ordered and delivered within 3 days, can't get better than that !!!! Tiles are supplied on a pallet which would not fit through my door, had to unload outside, driver said he was not supposed to help but saw me struggling with weight and helped me anyway, he also took the pallet back so I did not have to dispose of it. Excellent service I would definitely recommend this company and buy again from them.

I'm sure your company made a loss in sending me a sample tile, but I know your so focused on a long term relationship with your customers, that your first impression is just the beginning !
