This gentleman Who booked my tickets was KABIR SHAH, an amazing travel agent I’ve came across with a lot of knowledge and he is a very thoughtful and a friendly person indeed. They way he took responsibility for everything and managed everything was very valuable for me as a customer, I’ll definitely book with this company in future,

Today 05/12/2025 I booked return tickets for travel to Accra, Ghana. I was served by Zayn, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I felt at ease and knew I was being listened to. He proved to be competent and on top of his game. Definitely an asset to his employer, and must be commended for being a great listener, respectful, and accommodating with what was requested of him. I will not hesitate in dealing with him in the future and will mention him by name to those who want to book tickets for travel. Thanks, it was a great experience.

THIS IS A SCAM....STAY away from them- I AM FURIOUS. I am a well travelled lady and I am telling you they take your deposit then don't give you the flights they promised I now have a one way to Thailand and the flights promised to come home are now not £589.00 but £1200.00 I AM LIVID!!! DO yourself a favour DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT book with them.....FECKING JOKE.......NOW I AM trying to find my own flights home!!!!!!!

Ticket Lords Ltd is trustworthy and genuine. Abeera is highly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Although I had initial doubts, she convinced me and provided a good deal. I’m satisfied with the overall results and very grateful to her.

Baska was very professional and friendly whilst I was booking a late ticket. She was very patient and promptly found a suitable flight at a good price. Would recommend.

As I am not familiar with booking a flight in this way ,your operator Baska malik did everything for me .she was patient and very knowledgeable and achieved what I needed .I will definitely use that company again and will you ask for her .

I had losts of trouble in booking my flights with the same company. Mainly because I mis spealt my sir name. on the first occation the agent had to cancel my booking and charged me £100.00.
Then I found another flight which suited me. When I booked it I still have mis spealt my sir name. I was very lucky to get Mr Kabir Shah. He did not cancel my booking and said let me see what I can do for you. He found me a flight suitable for me and was very understanding. I am a 80 yr old man and he comforted me all the time. Every question I asked he was able to answer and keep me at ease.I wihh him well.Nice to have someone understanding and helpful.

The service that Arya Clerks provided to me she made sure I was happy with the service she gave me, and many thanks to her. I will be looking forward for my future flights with Arya Clerks.

After my booking got complicated due to the airline cancelling the second leg of my flight, Kabir Sha was very helpful to get me a new flight at a reasonable price and after I read some negative reviews about Ticket Lords Ltd. all hope was lost. But thank you Kabir Sha for persuading me to trust you and that you were willing to issue a ticket before I made final payment. I could review my booking on the airline's site and that reassured me.
I've got my ticket and is looking forward to my travels.

My quires was solved on time with reasonable out come.

Scammers scammers, they will trick you with a cheap ticket then pretend that the flight is no longer available only to keep your money and refuse to refund you, please avoid this agency by all means necessary and alert people around you, scammers scammer. Bunch of scammers well organised scammers

The agent who helped me today was outstanding. He listened carefully, offered clear solutions, and treated me with genuine courtesy. It turned what could have been a stressful moment into an easy one. Thank you for having such a thoughtful team member.

The company are unprofessional and total scammers to take unjustified money from you. Avoid at all costs
DON'T USE. They try and sell cheap flights and then expect you to pay extra costs because flights become unavailable or from a different airport that you originally book for.
Its an easy way for them to take some of your deposit and give you back partial refund.
Steer clear of them
