Use these cowboys at your peril. In September 2024 I booked flight tickets with this outfit for myself and 12 other family members for July 2025. I duly paid the deposit as requested. The final payment was due in March 2025.

In January I tried to pay the total balance and that was when the saga begun.

They kept on telling me lies that Lufthansa had a problem with the final leg of the journey etc. At some point I was calling these shysters daily.

It wasn't until May that I was told 'you need to pay £5k more to get the same tickets i had booked'.
Of course I would give these thieves more money over my dead body so I had to buy tickets from another company.

Obviously by that time ticket prices were sky high and it cost me almost £5k more than originally budgeted for.

My only crime was in thinking Ticket Lords (or any of their other guises - Cheap Flight Tickets etc) is a professional outfit. I guess the day I found these bastards online and called them.

These guys caused me so much stress and tears, at one point one of their agents Mustafa actually insulted me. I think ge was the worst of the lot.

I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. The positive reviews are probably written by their employees. I wouldn't trust them with a penny of my money as they have shown themselves to be deceitful and unprofessional.

I will report them to ABTA/ATOL but wanted to write this review to warn people. Please look elsewhere, they give fictional prices knowing they will never deliver.

To date I have still not got my deposit back. They offered a useless voucher that is not worth the paper it was printed on where I could get £50 off a £1k spend for each passenger. Imagine that crap!!

Useless, theiving, unprofessional, rude, corrupt company whose employees such as Mustafa will cause you undue stress and angst. No amount of escalation brought any resolution, their managers are just as useless and complicit.

The initial sales agent Robin was good but others proved themselves to have zero customer service.

You have been warned, avoid this company if you value your mental health.

I have emails, WhatsApp messages and audio recording to prove that I gave Ticket Lords every opportunity to remedy the situation for over three months but they were not interested in helping.
They knew how seriously impacted i had been by their deceitful actions but couldn't be bothered to help.
I wont hold my breath for anything positive to come from their response here to pass my review to management. I stand by my review.

Zayn is an outstanding travel agent who goes above and beyond. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend.

Had problems to start with put managed to sort the problem out. Got a flight for what I wanted but slightly higher than what was first stated. Because of the problem my heart they gave me 150 lb voucher to use in the future.

Kabir Shah was great. His customer service was really good and it showed me that he had experience in his work. I got all my tickets with a good price and I am happy. I was completely impressed with their service and I would highly recommend this company and their service to others. Thank you Kabir for a good job 👏 👍

I was having issues with my booking but after speaking to Mary she sorted it out in a professional manner and she was very patient with ne as me being upset but she did a fantastic job a got the best option for me. Thank you Mary for being so kind,helpful and very professional.

If you are going to or thinking to buy ticket from a company called Flight & Tickets Ltd (or TicketLords Ltd), THINK AGAIN. I have become another victim of this scam operator! After reviewing several one star reviews on line and combining with  my own experience, it appears that this company is operating in a fixed pattern;
1) In the online search engine, TicketLords offered you a ticket price which seems to be the best for your destination.
2) Once you made the request, they contacted you by phone and asked you to pay £100 deposit so that they can 'secure the ticket' for you and asked you to contact them 3 days later to complete the purchase (by e-mail with a time for you to call back).
3) When you contacted them three days later, they said that the ticket with the price they quoted before was not available anymore and persuaded you to buy a more expensive ticket. They stated that you can use the £100 deposit for the new ticket plus they offered a £100 ticket voucher for future business.
4) Then they started bombarding you with phone calls and asked you to make a quick decision...because they could not guarantee the price they quoted was available.
5) By then, if you are clever enough and started checking other travel agencies, you might find that the price offered by other agencies could be cheaper than the one suggested by TicketLords for the same airline and the same travelling date.
6) When you felt enough is enough and asked them for the refund, they will offer you a partial refund, say £20 first and the rest is for the EMD mile. If you argued then they reduced the offer to £10 and said that the deduction is for tax purpose (?).
7) If you not agreed with their final offer, they will threaten to reduce the refund to zero.
I sincerely hope that you read this post before going ahead to deal with them.

Mr kabir shah has done good service with my bookings

This is a SCAMMER COMPANY They called me out the blue enquiring if I needed a flight. Then quoted £568 which seemed reasonable, I wanted to pay for the flight in full but they suggested a deposit , and said if I pay the full price it will be higher ? Why give the quote then ? Stay away from these SCAMMERS read the reviews .

Consistent, efficient and very quick to respond.

Searched for flights to HK for Jan next year and they initially offered return flights for £456.12, they took an initial deposit of £80 (no option to pay it all in one go - I should have seen that as a red flag) after which they were supposed to call me back for the balance. I phoned them after about 20 mins as I wanted to get it all sorted but was told the girl I was dealing (Alisha Irtaza) with had finished for the day and to call back in the morning as she'd need to finish the booking. I did that, spoke to Alisha Irtaza who said, yes, I'll get the tickets created for you and will call back once done. 15 mins later, someone else called me to complete the booking and take the balance, but 'unfortunately, the airline no longer has tickets for that date and time and the price is now £750 if you can go a day earlier/later!'.
I told them this is dishonest and unacceptable and I'd like my deposit back - of course they want £50 as an admin fee so I'd only get £30. I didn't want to give them any more money so said to cancel it. I next get an email saying they'll refund £9 to my card and give me £71 voucher/credit for use at any time. There's no way, I'll ever go back to these cowboys so insisted on the £30 (which of course will take 7-10 days!).
Be warned, they also operate under the name of Flightsandtickets. One to avoid.

Morning of 13/12/2025 spoke to Alisha Irtaza to pay the balance and was told she would need to set up the paperwork but would call me back. About 30 mins later, a different, male colleague called and told me over the phone that the seats were now unavailable but I could go with another airline for almost £700 (from £456.12)!

I advise against using Flights & Tickets (Ticket Lords Ltd).

I paid an £80 deposit for a specific Turkish Airlines itinerary that was quoted to me at £408. The deposit was taken on the basis that the seats were reserved.

After payment, I was later informed that the quoted flight segments were not available and that the ticket could not be issued. I was contacted by an agent named Zayn, who repeatedly pressured me to accept alternative flights that were more expensive and, in some cases, operated by inferior airlines compared to the one originally agreed.

I made it clear that I did not agree to pay more or downgrade airlines, as the deposit was paid specifically for the Turkish Airlines flight that was quoted.

Despite the fact that no ticket was ever issued, no airline PNR was provided, and the agreed itinerary could not be fulfilled, I was told that a full refund of my deposit would not be given. Instead, I was offered a partial cash refund with the remainder forced into a travel voucher, citing their terms and conditions.

Update: Only after leaving them a bad review and threatening to initiate a chargeback with my bank they finally decided to give me the refund. This was a very stressful and unnecessary process and Zane kept calling me, trying to give alternative flights even after my expressed interest in a refund. This shows they had the capabilities of giving the refund, but they just wanted to make my life harder. They then offered the refund if I removed the review but I said no, this is my accurate review of my experience but I will update that we resolved the situation. I was confident that my chargeback would be successful, and they knew that too. They kept saying its against their terms and conditions to offer full refund but they have not fullfilled their service and they should amend their terms to properly reflect that to not pressure other users the same way. I had 15 calls back and forth with them to arrange this refund.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress and financial disadvantage, as flight prices increased while this situation dragged on.

I would urge anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious with deposit-based bookings.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Ticket Lords!
I booked a flight on 7 Nov 2025, agreeing on a fare with 2 hold bags. They took a £100 deposit, promised to secure the booking, and ignored my request for a full payment link. When I called back, they claimed the fare was gone due to “airline confirmation issues” – their mistake.
Instead of fixing it, they pressured me aggressively to buy a much higher-priced ticket with fewer benefits, plus extra luggage fees. When I refused, they offered £10 cash and a £100 voucher instead of refunding my card - REFUND has still NOT processed. Their tone was rude and coercive.
Their own Terms & Conditions promise a full refund if a fare becomes unavailable – yet they refused to honor this. I’ve escalated to ABTA, CAA, and my credit card provider under Section 75.
Do not trust Ticket Lords. They fail to deliver what they promise, use high-pressure tactics, and make refunds unnecessarily difficult.

Abeera is very caring and takes her job and customers’ requests very seriously.
In my case, she did everything she could to help, and in the end, she managed to find a suitable flight date.
