Arya Clark served me twice, last March and a couple of days ago. Both times to get a ticket to go to Sri Lanka. She listened to my requirements such as reasonable air fare and luggage allowances. First time it was British Airways combined and this time Qatar airways and I am very satisfied with their service

The agent Mustafa Kareem was very helpful, professional, and friendly. They made the process easy and provided excellent customer service. I’m very happy with my experience.

I engaged this company to secure a flight ticket at an agreed price and paid a deposit on that basis. Despite taking my payment, the company failed to secure the ticket and subsequently refused to return my deposit in full. Their explanations have been inconsistent and do not align with UK consumer protection law or with the terms and conditions they publish.

No booking, administration or service charges were disclosed, explained or agreed at the time of booking. The company later attempted to rely on undisclosed terms buried in Clause 6 of the small print on their website, terms that were neither presented during the transaction nor included in the email requesting the deposit payment. At no stage were these charges communicated transparently or brought to my attention and I did not consent to them.

A business cannot retain a customer’s deposit when it has not provided the service paid for. Nevertheless, this company attempted to do so and has not taken responsibility for the failure to deliver the agreed service. I provided multiple opportunities for them to resolve the matter fairly, but they did not do so.

This experience has been unnecessarily time‑consuming and stressful. Based on my dealings with them, I cannot recommend this company and would advise potential customers to exercise caution. DO NOT pay any deposit to this company. If at all, only pay for a fully confirmed ticket that is ready to be issued.

Review Update (27/08/2026)
This company has demonstrated concerning conduct in its handling of my refund. After withholding my deposit, they offered a full refund only on the condition that I remove my review immediately and agree not to pursue a chargeback with my bank. I declined and stated that the review would remain online for the same length of time that they kept my money. I also requested that they revise their unclear deposit and refund policy to prevent future customers from being misled.
The company has not responded to me for over a week.

They always have gone the extra mile for me to get the best price and they have payment plans to make it easier to fly .The staff are very efficient, polite and helpful especially Muhammed who has been great every time I speak with him . So much so that I always ask for him when I call

Please be careful when considering booking with them. They offer great rates and will ask you to pay a deposit or booking fee which the say would be deductable when you pay the balance of your ticket fee. The minute you pay the booking fee, uou will receive a booking confirmation, however, it will state that it is non refundable should the airline decide to increase their fares. Bearing in mind, they do not tell you this before you make payment. Guess what! When yoh next contact them, you will he told your reservation is on a waiting list because the ticket prices gave changed and uou have to pay a couple of hundreds of pounds to get the ticket. Even though upu would have received a booking confirmation and paid some money to reserve the ticket.
They then claim its in their 'clause' that tickets could increase and they are not able to refund any monies paid. Please stay clear away from some travel agents that offer great rates that seem to good to he true. I have now lost my reservation fee and no ticket either.😡
