It's a complete scam that they don't let you refund your tickets AND only promise them on the day before a concert. How would I resell them with less than 24 hours of having them delivered?

I wish I had gone directly to the cat‘s cradle website where I would’ve paid half what I ended up paying through your site and the fee was enormous. At first I thought this was the only way I can get the tickets, but I live in the area and should’ve trusted going right to the source. I can tell you I will never get tickets this way again.

Everything Went Well
Everything went really well. I was a little worried on our way there because my phone was having a lot of technical difficulties, for that point it would be nice to be able to print the tickets. I spent about an hour with our cell carrier making sure things were corrected so that I could up the tickets to get into the game.

Good But Need Better Communication
Would have been 5-stars except our tickets didn't go into my Ticketmaster account as expected. They landed in my U.S. Open account which woud have been fine if TicketCity would have communicated this. When I contacted them for help in locating the transferred tickets, they were helpful but even their agents didn't know where the tickets were. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Ticketmaster and U.S. Open trying to locate the transferred tickets. Just need better communciation upfront.

Never got tickets or refund. Most dishonest and non-trustworthy site I have ever used. Pleas never use this site… They will surely delete this review so I’m taking a screenshot to document their filtering of reviews…should have just admitted mistake and made reparations…but no kept the charade up with their low paid Chinese workers. I questioned worker and she admitted she spoke little English and was given a script. What scumbags this ticketcity is hurting their customers and taking advantage of foreign low paid workers.NEVER,NEVER USE TICKETCITY….

Call if you’re frustrated…
If you call their number, they will work with you to resolve your issues. I was so frustrated before I called. The service agent was patient and listened to my concerns. We finally figured out, I was using the wrong browser to download my tickets. It was smooth sailing after that. Thanks for all your help!
