My wife and I attended Torrevieja Hospital recently to complete the registration of our Spanish Health and Welfare forms.

Wish we had gone to a solicitor ,always looking for more money .Always changes and to put it right you have to pay more .Use a solicitor and get it right

At first all seemed great , my husband had just passed so i was talked in to putting my property ’in trust’ for my son so he would have no issues when i pass . I was asked weather there was a backup if my son was to pass before i did so I nominated my granddaughter, I remember being sent to a solicitor and signing some documents in believing this was for the trust, The problem i had was when my grand daughter came to buy her first home she had saved with a special first time buyer plan through the government and also had a special deal with a first time buyer mortgage only to find that she was denied because she already owned a property therefore was not a first time buyer, she lost out on just under £10,000 . Her name was on the land registry as an owner of my property, she is totally distraught. I had no idea this was the case . And now its cost me another £1000 to cancel all this . I wish i had never taken this out , ive wasted so much money and was not told she owned my property.

We have used TWBD over the years as they provide excellent access to Estate and financial planning. In my estimation they provide great legal advice at a fraction of the cost of a solicitors charges! They also provide access to lenders of you wish to spread the cost over a term period! This is a great boon! They also provide low cost document storage. Cannot praise this company enough for their professionalism and friendly approach no matter whatever the task. Have been a client for a few years now and have always found the service second to none Will explain the legal 'jargon' to you in plain english if like me you find it all a bit daunting ! Please be warned. My father used this company to arrange a Property Probate Preservation Trust. Paid them £2k for their services 12 months ago plus £10 a month for the past year to 'maintain' it and guess what....they failed to register the trust at the land registry!!!?? AVOID. AVOID. AVOID at all costs...go to a professional solicitor who can do the whole lot under one roof for you.

We used Thy will be done to arrange our Power of Attorney. We found them to be very professional and
easy to speak to, explaining every stage as we went
forward. We had delays because of Covid 19 but they always kept us updated.
