Billed over £280 for returned home broadband
I returned my home broadband and I was still billed over £200. I have the tracking and have been going back and fourth to the store and with customer service who have blocked my personal number also. Nobody but Sam has helped me and I am very thankful for his help. My phone is still blocked. Sam has tried his best and is a great advisor. Three really need to do better as they are scamming customers.

If you value INTEGRITY and HONESTY look somewhere else
On December 3rd, I renewed my contract one month early. During this process, a sales agent named Tuhin persuaded me to upgrade to a slightly more expensive package. He explicitly confirmed that this new deal would include international calls, replacing the £7.00 per month add-on I previously held.
In February, I received a bill for £175.00 due to charges for international calls to the United States. Upon visiting the store in person to inquire, I discovered a shocking discrepancy: Agent Tuhin had placed me on a higher-tier package that offered same features than my previous plan and had deactivated the international call plan.
Three has shown a complete lack of accountability for this employee's deception and incompetence. Despite the clear error originating from a sales representative, the company has refused to address the matter and was forced to pay the full amount.
I lodged a formal complaint in person at the Angel N1 store in London on 17/03/26 with the Store Manager. To date, I have received no communication regarding the outcome of this complaint, nor has anyone attempted to address the matter.
If you value integrity, honest representation, and responsive customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
