I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this company. For more than a week, I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding an incorrect charge on my bill, yet no satisfactory solution has been provided.
On June 1, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM, I visited the customer service office expecting assistance with a billing error that should have been addressed promptly. Instead, I was met with a shocking lack of professionalism and respect from the staff.
In particular, an employee named Zahra handled my complaint in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. Rather than listening to my concerns and helping resolve the overcharge, she appeared irritated simply because I was exercising my right as a customer to question an incorrect bill and request a proper explanation.
What concerns me most is not only the billing issue itself but the way customers are treated when they seek assistance. No customer should be made to feel disrespected, ignored, or intimidated for raising a legitimate concern.
I am formally requesting that this matter be investigated, including both the billing discrepancy and the conduct of the employee involved. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others until significant improvements are made to its customer service practices.
I expect a prompt response and a full resolution of the overcharge issue.
