Wonderful customer service.

Beautiful lights. Superb quality, non flimsy cheap parts here.
We initially ordered several different styles to try out before ordering more of our preferred lights. Returns were handled quickly and discount given for a large orders.
Great all round

Several things about this company, first of all the ladies that represent it.

Both Velvet and Hilary glide you through the options and you have every confidence in what they are telling you.

Compounded by this when I had a small issue with a bulb that failed completely nothing to do with the company just a product issue it was replaced 24 hours later no arguments no quibbles just total professionalism and a human touch from Hilary which was much appreciated.

Can't recommend the product highly enough and the service is impeccable.

Superb quality, fantastic service. I highly recommend the winderful Wall Lighting team.

I wanted to buy some rechargeable warm lights and I wanted to see them. I went to the showroom and it was wonderful to see the quality of the lights on offer. The Cranbrook collection is simply stunning!

I bought 3 of the Zeffarano table lamps - 2 in gold and one smaller one in copper. They are simply beautiful - and already glowing in my house!

What impressed me most however were the staff I met! One was the creator and maker of the Cranbrook collection. His passion was evident and his technical knowledge of other products. I also met a girl who had worked there for nearly 4 years - very happy and also very knowledgeable and inspired by her work.

I highly recommend this company, the very varied pieces they offer and their passion and service!

The emails from Velvet couldn’t have been more helpful and the lights have come super quick and well packaged.

I don’t normally make time to write reviews but this time I thought I must. I’ve made multiple calls to The Wall Lighting Company and each time everyone’s been so helpful. I’ve changed my mind a few times and you’ve all be so patient. So everything’s arrived and it’s all great, particularly my cluster pendant! All the extra details you helped with, rose style, flex colour etc, it’s just fab. Thanks so much.

We were looking for a Stairwell Light with a certain drop. The amount of time we had spent on the internet search had almost sent us over the edge. Luckily we came across The Wall Lighting Company by chance . Decided to use the online chat and spoke to a young lady called Honey. All our problems were solved she was to informative. We actually ended up with a bespoke length light made in the UK. The experience was such a relief . The Customer Service was exceptional really delightful in todays pressured climate The light was ordered and delivered 5 days later. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again.

We're in the middle of a house renovation, and dealing with many companies which quite honestly is tiring. For some unknown reason customer service has become practically non existent, even when we are sent faulty, substandard products, it's a challenge to get a successful resolution.
However, after ordering 4 wall lights from the Wall Light Company, we discovered that we had made an error, it was totally our fault, the lights were wonderful but we had ordered the wrong specification and I thought it would be a big problem. I called and spoke to Jade, who quite honestly stunned me, I explained we had made a big error and she calmly said, 'that's no problem at all we can sort that out for you' I actually couldn't believe my ears, after usually dealing with companies who want to argue with me about their mistakes, I was calling about an error we had made and she was unbelievably accommodating and helpful. If you ever need reassurance there are fabulous companies out there, look no further than the Wall Lighting Company, they stand head and shoulder above their competitors, thank you Jade for all of your help, we will definitely be back for more lights soon.

I rarely write online reviews, however the support provided by Jade was exceptional. Her technical knowledge of lighting was helpful, and helped me inform my decisions in a tight timeframe. She even managed to get me my items pre-Christmas which was much appreciated. Items (fragile glass items) arrived well packaged and intact. They are so much prettier in real life than the pictures.
Would highly recommend for service as well as products.

I've been looking for lights for my kitchen.. Found TWLC very local to me..Called in and was blown away with the help and advise.. Went away to think and went back the next day. Dealt with Gus and Jade they where fab. Decided to go with the Soho x 3. Gus fitted them onto our ceiling plate. Placed the order then collected the next day. The experience was easy, they are friendly, efficient and would highly recommended.. Well done TWLC.. 👏

I have been looking for re-chargeable wall lights for a cloakroom, so called the Wall Lighting company to see what they might have as I couldn't see on their website. I gave my details not really expecting anyone to get back to me, but sure enough Jade sent me an email with 2 different re-chargeable lights, which I have ordered. The customer service has been fantastic, between jade and Velvet there has been a clear line of communication. Super happy.

What a great company, very helpful and professional. My wall light was bespoke to my specifications, a larger backplate to accommodate hole in wall left by previous light, and large choice of shades, fabric or glass. The guys couldn’t have been more friendly. Amazing experience, would highly recommended.

Firstly, it was easy to order, secondly, they arrived very quickly. Thirdly, the service and follow-up was excellent, very friendly and efficient, and finally, I can’t recommend these liked more highly, they are stunning.

To be fair I do know the owner but I ordered online and didn’t tell her I’d ordered and certainly didn’t expect personal treatment so assumed everything would arrive on the stated 3-5 days. Ordered just after lunch today, delivered by her at 7pm…. Now that is service!

I spoke with Velvet who was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. She spent lots of time on the phone with me guiding me through the various choices and providing much appreciated advice, followed up with emailed images. It was hard to choose as there are so many beautiful fittings but she made it much easier. Thank you very much.

Bought a fantastic rechargeable light from the Poldino range- amazing light with different settings, perfect for outside or inside - or power cuts ! Lots of help choosing the right light for what we wanted and fast delivery ✅

I have bought from the WLC a number of times, I love their glass shades and have both wall lights and pendants in my kitchen. Their overall range is great which helps with getting ideas. Their customer care is good, and they have been very helpful on the phone when I have called about particular specifications or stock availability. They have not quibbled with my return. Particular shout out to Velvet for her patience.

Just received my beautiful lights from the Wall lighting Company- they are stunning! The service was excellent, delivery was quick and efficient and all the staff I dealt with were professional and helpful.

Utterly delighted all round

I bought 5 of the Kelston lights and my electrician has been unable to mount these without having to built
specialist plinths to attach to the walls. They are not suitable for pre-existing wiring as the mounting plate is very small. Phoned your company and was told that you would look into it and ask your technical support and get back to me - the silence was deafening. Design fault needs integrated bigger plinth/ fixing plate. They are weighty and to get an adequate fixing we have had five wooden plinths built to attach the lights on for stability and to hide the wiring.
