Excellent site. Quality jobs, properly priced and a great interface. Customer service always friendly and helpful. I'm getting plenty of work and have even cancelled my subscription to another site as I wasn't getting as good value as with VR.

I've been working with The Voice Realm for over a year and it was a great decision. It's straight forward, easy to understand price structure that respects both artists and client. They are always on the ball with their customer service so you always feel heard, I appreciate too that they are more professional than various other sites who waste time belittling the competition, no ones interested. Professional and ethical, couldn't recommend them enough.

My experience with The Voice Realm has been a really great one. Customer support responded very quickly to my questions and helped me find the perfect voice artist for my video.

The artist selected for my project was excellent!. He recorded just the way that I needed and was able to complete my project in 24 hours.
The rates are also pretty reasonable to. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and colleagues.

I could best describe my encounter with TVR as belligerent. At best, they've provided me with a number of jobs for which I haven't had to audition, but mostly I "walk on eggs" fearing that I'll somehow violate their terms of service by communicating with a client and get booted from their site. (Who would think communication with clients would be bad?)
I've been a member of their site for some time, and wish they would adopt a rate sheet that more appropriately reflects current rates. TVR seems to miss the fact that if they raise their rates, they'll get a pay raise, too, because of the commission they take.

On a positive note, the are pretty quick to pay (low pay, but pay, nevertheless).

Rude employees, insane unethical policies and fear mongering on social media. And those are the highlights

I cancelled my account with them a few days ago after repeated unprofessional behavior by the management of the company. Also, rates for voice actors are well below standard.

Unprofessional and arrogant. Rude, and embarrassingly immature on social media. Avoid at all cost.

I cancelled because of their attitude, and also, the set rates are very low.
Update after Voicerealms answer: in 3 years, I only booked a few jobs worth a few hundred dollars through the site.

I was a first time user and was amazed how easy it was to use. Being a first time user I had a lot of questions and their support team was always available to help. They were very patient with me and answered my questions promptly. I think this is the only casting site I know that has this level of client support. The line up of talents is also fantastic. I don't have to sift through bad auditions - every submission was great, just a matter who fits my project to a T. I will definitely use The Voice Realm again!

Rude and unprofessional. Do not associate yourself with this company who appear to be run by children with no understanding of how to conduct themselves on social media. Poor rates, treat voices like idiots and act like idiots themselves. Avoid. And despite their comment below I was a voice on their site for three years. Their insbility to charge acceptable rates and their determination to be rude at evey opportunity tipped me over the edge.

Shocking company. Shocking rates for Voiceovers, way below recognised industry standards.
They are also very difficult to deal with and I have repeatedly found them very rude and extremely arrogant.
Avoid using this company if you are a business, or looking to register with them as a Voiceover.

Vile, unprofessional and highly offensive company. I have received despicable, sexist and online harassment from them. I would never ever use them or be part of their dreadful conduct and behaviour.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. If you are a voice talent and want to be taken seriously do NOT list yourself with TVR. The way they conduct themselves, particularly on social media is beyond shocking. The rates they offer are insulting, the customer service is insulting, the clear disdain for the very people who make them money (the voice talent) is insulting. Do yourself and the industry a favor and steer clear.

If you are a client looking for a professional voice for your project, again, this is not the place for you. Deal direct with the talent and you will receive a far superior service with fair rates.

Low priced gigs, then they take a chunk for themselves. Have a rep for snarky comments.

Of the many 'pay-to-plays', I rate Voice Realm my favourite as a voice actor, across several years. Most scripts are good quality, some actually creative and exciting rather than generic pot-boilers.
The rate is already set so it's easy to decide what to pitch for. Lauren Maree is strict about not bypassing the site through direct contact, or going on holiday without disengaging - but that adds up to a professional reputation with clients. Any small issue or query is swiftly and pleasantly answered.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the Voice Realm. There's a great variety of projects and lots of auditions that come through. It's been great to work with various amounts of clients and projects. The support staff have been brilliant and I highly recommend being part of the team!
