Voyage de rêve
Tout d'abord un grand merci à François, JD et Audrey qui ont réussi à nous faire rêver durant notre voyage en Afrique du Sud. Avec 2 ans de covid où nous avons du repousser ce voyage, ils ont réussi à décaler nos réservations sans aucun frais supplémentaires. Une fois là bas nous avons été accompagné dès l'arrivée et ce jusqu'au départ. Les lieux et les activités qu'ils nous ont fait découvrir étaient tout simplement magnifique et nous n'aurions jamais pu voir une si grande richesse de paysages sans eux qui connaissent parfaitement les lieux. Encore merci à eux de nous avoir fait vivre un si beau voyage et donner tant de souvenirs.

If you want to have a dream trip, I recommend you to contact The Travel Cafe. Audrey, François and JD were very professional. They recommended unique places that I would never have had the opportunity to discover on my own. Traveling when your schedule is organized from A-Z and tailored to your needs is really great! I can’t wait to contact you again for other destinations, probably for the Victoria Falls!

Organisation eines Urlaubs plus Hochzeitsbesuch für größere deutsche Reisegruppe
Ich hatte die Aufgabe für unsere Familie aber auch für eine größere Reisegruppe, die eine "Oldiesgruppe" aber auch Familien mit Kindern beinhaltete, eine gemeinsame Reise nach Kapstadt zu organisieren. Eine Kombination aus Urlaub und Besuch einer Hochzeit. The Travel Cafe and hier insbesondere "JD" waren dabei mehr als hilfreich. Alle Sonderwünsche (eine Person etwas weniger gut zu Fuss, mit Rollator) und die Berücksichtigung fehlender Sprachkenntinsse (deutsche "Betreuung") und Frühstück im Gästehaus und alles aber nicht so groß, so dass man unter sich bleiben kann, aber auch nicht so weit weg von den anderen Teilnehmern der Reisegruppe ... konnte von JD alles super gelöst werden! Auch die Unterstützung geeignete Touren (Safari für Personen um die 80…) zu finden - wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch beim Thema Kosten: Sogar wenn man die Preise mit Internetangeboten vergleicht. Es gibt daher des Deutschen höchstes Lob: "Es gab nix zu meckern"!

Danke für ein unvergessliche Erlebnis
Wir können jedes Wort das Jana in ihrer Bewertung gesagt hat nur bestätigen. Die Umsicht mit der die Mitarbeiter, ganz besonders JD, die Veranstaltung geplant und betreut haben war Beispielgebend.
Ob das Gästehaus "Atholl" oder der Besuch Aquila alles übertraf unsere Erwartungen.
Der Höhepunkt war natürlich die festliche Hochzeit in Boschendahl. Der gesamte Aufenthalt in Kapstadt wird unvergesslich bleiben dank der guten Arbeit von JD und dem Travel Cafe.
5 Sterne sind leider viel zu wenig, ich würde gern verdoppeln (10).

Es ist nicht immer einfach, eine Unterkunft für eine Mehrgenerationengruppe zu finden, insbesondere wenn es spezielle Anforderungen in Bezug auf Sprache und Gehfähigkeit gibt. Aber diese Art von Herausforderung ist genau das, was wir im Trave Cafe lieben, und ich freue mich sehr, dass Sie mit unseren Vorschlägen zufrieden waren. The Travel Cafe is simply amazing!
The Travel Cafe is simply amazing. Our wedding planner introduced us to JD in 2019 when we initially started to plan our wedding. She recommended that we let the Travel Cafe handle accommodation arrangements at our wedding venue, especially for the guests coming from overseas - and we are immensely happy that we did! After we sent out our wedding invites, the Travel Cafe received an avalanche of emails for booking requests. They handled everything so professionally, dealt with millions of questions, as well as payments. It really took a lot of work off our shoulders. Then Covid happened and we had to postpone our wedding date. A very special thanks goes to how they communicated with the guests and handled all the Covid chaos, changes, questions, and refunds.
They even helped with finding accommodation for my grandparents who came all the way from Germany to attend the wedding. They were staying in Camps Bay and the Travel Cafe went above and beyond to find a guest house with a German speaking host and a house that could accommodate my grandpa’s disability. This particular accommodation exceeded everyone’s expectations and left everyone impressed.
On our wedding day, JD was there to welcome everyone, help with the check-in process, and we even got little gifts and flowers.
I could go on about all they did to make sure everyone had the BEST time during their stay in South Africa - if you are ever looking for someone to help you plan a holiday / activities / accommodation bookings / recommendations, the Travel Cafe are simply the best. They are passionate, professional, personal and dedicated to making sure you have the very best time.

Five Star Treatment by The Travel Cafe for our Minimoon!
We just returned from the most wonderful one week minimoon Timbavati Game Reserve that JD and Valina put together for us. I wanted to surprise my husband with a trip of a lifetime, and JD exceeded our expectations on what this could be. We are avid travelers and have done several trips independently, but this goes down in our books as a major highlight because of the care, attention to detail and patience the Travel Cafe team provided. JD listened to our wish lists, stayed within our budget, prioritized both of our preferences and throughout the process, did not try to upsell us on anything. They are very patient as we made several last minute changes to our itinerary and were available to assist with extending our trip because we were loving it so much. They have a way of making you feel like you are their only concern and it's really nice to have that personalized support.... a glimpse of what celebrity life is like in an affordable manner :-) We plan to use The Travel Cafe for our future trips and will be recommending them for all of our wedding guests, many of whom will be coming to SA for their first time. We know that JD, Francois and Valina will put together a once in a lifetime, memorable trip for them. Thank you again so much and we really can't wait to work with you again!! :-)

François and JD organised our romantic trip to the Kruger for us and everything was perfect. They were very quick to suggest a list of different options for us, matching our needs and budget. JD, François et le Travel Cafe n'ont pas préparé beaucoup mais ce qu'ils ont fait a été excellent; la première partie de mon premier séjour en R.S.A. a été composée par moi-même et, même si ce fut agréable, la dernière partie de l'organisation a été laissée aux mains de François et je l'en remercie ! Les derniers jours ont été merveilleux.
De bons choix(hébergement/location de véhicule) et une attention réelle à notre intérêt et à nos besoins.

Parternoster n'est pas souvent visité alors que cela en vaut le détour en effet. Grâce à François, JD & Marilyn, tout a été rapidement et très bien organisé (en sachant que nous avons choisi notre destination 15 jours avant notre depart) :-)
Nous avons juste eu à penser à nos valises, le reste était dans cette petite application si chouette & pratique ! Chaque itinéraire planifié, chaque activité réservée... vraiment un bonheur d’avoir confié notre voyage en Afrique du Sud dans leurs mains ! Ça en valait la peine et nous en garderons un souvenir vraiment magique.

Não pideria ter acertado mais ao escolher JD Travel Cafe,A viagem foi perfeita,desde a organização dp roteiro que fizemos juntos pir email e cinversas até a concretizaçao de cada detalhe.Fui sozinha e me senti absolutamente segura,cuidada,tudo combinado era exatamente o combinado,dos hotéis aos passeios.Pessoas extemamente sensíveis que compreendem realmente o que vc quer e nao medem esforços para sua viagem ser íncrível.E te contaminam cim sua paixão pela Africa.Quero voltar muitas vezes pra Africa e irei com eles novamente.Além de tudo o preço é bastante justo e me me pouparam um tempo gigante de organização que eu não tinha e que nunca sairia tão bom.O conhecimento deles da Africa é enorme.E são as pessoas mais gentis e disponíveis do mundo.Adorei.Sem ponto para criticar.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce à l organisation de François et son équipe.Nous n’avions que 10 jours sur place et voulions visiter un maximum de choses en peu de temps....et c’était top...tout est fait sans qu’on se sente oppressées par les visites et qu’on doive courir de tous les côtés...certaines activités n’ont pas su être faites le bon jour pour cause de mauvais temps...le planning de notre journée a été changé en 5 min grâce à l’application qu’ils utilisent....tous les choix ont été judicieux, que ce soit activités ou restaurants.ils ont su cerner qui nous étions sans meme nous connaître....nous sommes heureuses de les avoir rencontrés....vous êtes de belles personnes et des organisateurs hors pairs....merci encore de tout cœur pour ce séjour merveilleux...

JD, Francois & The Travel Cafe are brilliant. Everything from the start of our trip to the finish has been wonderful & taken care of. Personally, this has been the best experience with any travel agents/trip-planners (and I have dealt with many). They take away all your sorrows and we got to see so much more than when we would have booked by ourselves. They made us feel at ease and maximized our enjoyment of the trip.
