I found them to be a great service. Fast delivery and when receiving the tests had easy to use instructions. I also received the results in a timely manner. I 'll definitely use them again if needed.

Handled my mistake professionally
I messed up the first time and forgot to include my documentation, so my sample was destroyed. When I followed up a new kit was sent immediately at no cost and without question (and with precompleted documentation).
The recovery from my mistake couldn't have been handled better

Excellent Service All-round
There are a number of reasons I would use the STI Clinic again and recommend their use to others. Easy to use website, discreet packaging, quick turnaround time, consistent communication. However the biggest reason is how knowledgeable their team are. I was testing for Ureaplasma which only recently had its treatment recommendation changed to no treatment needed by the UK Government. So even though I tested positive, I was unable to be referred for treatment. While this was disappointing, the level of detail and explanation I was given as to why was impressive and above and beyond what they had to do. That is why this gets a 5*.
