Phoned customer service prior to placing order and after as wasn’t sure on timescales for completing test. Each time very helpful Testing also finally gave me answers I’m now hoping to reorder!

Struggled with home sample, in person was brilliant
Received the blood test kit in the post next day, unfortunately had a nightmare trying to obtain a sample. I’m unsure how anyone would be able to fill the whole vial from a pin pric(k) in your finger but hey.
Called up and arranged an in person blood draw for +£40. The process was very efficient and quick (didn’t even need to make an appointment). I had the blood taken first thing in the morning and the results came that evening, amazingly fast.

Some patients do struggle getting sufficient blood from the capillary sample kit, but it does work for the vast majority of patients. I am so sorry that it did not work for you but I am glad we were able to put things right and provide an efficient turnaround for your results.

Very fast and responsive for testing. Really helpful staff. Particularly Nathan who kept me informed throughout the process when I asked for further testing to be done on sensitivities. Have already recommended them to friends and would definitely use them again should I need to.

Prompt service as usual. It maybe useful to send e-mail update once sample is received into the lab. Other providers do this and it gives a little reassurance.

The test result was a valid result. There is no point retesting for this particular antibody immediately - it is likely to produce the same result. We can repeat the test for you in a few weeks and we can do this free of charge. I can see that advice was provided on retesting if required. There is no record of you contacting us about this. Someone will be in touch.
