The Spain Event Anmeldelser

Fantastic time had by all in Valencia!! We took the whole company (over 50 people) to Valencia for 3 days for our our annual work trip. Everything was arranged by The Spain Event including hotel, restaurants, activities, transfers.
The whole trip was seamless and more importantly very reasonable.
Airport pick up (3 different flights arriving from different locations),
Large meeting room ready with projector for the company presentation when we arrived with buffet laid on
Fantastic selection of authentic restaurants with price agreed (and all wine a beer included - god send with our lot!)
Out on the Catamaran during the day with lunch and swimming
VIP entry into a stunning outdoor nightclub

Half of the company are already planning to come back and visit again.

I would highly recommend The Spain Event to anyone thinking of taking a group to Spain and apparently they also cover Portugal.... quite fitting as we are already thinking of Lisbon next year!!

Very kind and organized service, absolutely recommended!

Second time this year using the The Spain Event - great service every time. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. Thanks again.

I had a good experience / support on events leading up to my trip and it was a simply process to pay too.

The event on the night didn't go as planned but I have had positive experience from the customer service team since.

Merci The Spain Event!
Je recommande vivement!

Tres bonne experience.

Booked a hen do to Valencis for a party of 15. Accomodation recomended was fantastic and exceeded all expectation and great value for money. The activities organised were seemles from start to finish and always on time. Particular favourite of the hens was the flamenco dance lesson, Manin was fantastic. The bar crawl and tapas tour hosted by Michael were fab too! The boat party had potential to be great just the weather let us down! Would definately recommend The Spain Event and look forward to using them again in the future. Massive thanks to Aaron dealing with all calls and requests over the past year. 15 very happy hens! Thanks again, K

From start to finish the booking process was a breeze. All the information i required was given before i asked for it and no confusion on cost which when booking for a big group vital! The activities we booked we required guides. Our guide Elise for the bar crawl called us from Spain to the UK a couple of days before arrival to check in and make sure we were ready, happy and comfortable with the weekend ahead. Faultless!

Would definitely recommend these guys for planning any number of events. We had Cecilia on the two days and she was great help chaperoning us to the football and go karts - she also offered some advice on local bars and restaurants.

Merci!

Mark helped us out with tickets for El Clásico and I can't say enough about the quality of service. Their response to emails was always quick and very informative. The delivery of the tickets and everything went very smoothly. Thanks guys for helping make the experience.

Dear Aaron,

Thank you for helping organizing the weekend with my friends in Valencia.
You have prepared a custom fit experience, including private sailing, VIP tickets for the MYA and the baby bull fight, for our group of 20 persons.
If ever again in Valencia I will call you again.

Kind Regards,

Harm

I organised a hen weekend to Madrod for 16 women and wanted to book an activity. I came across cocktail making and got a few quotes and The Spain was by far the cheapest and offered the best package. Communicating with Aaron at the Spain Event was very straightforward and he responded within a couple of days to all of my queries. I paid the activity in full at the time of booking but there were no issues at all and the location was perfect. We had a private room which was supposed to be for 2 hours but ended up being more like 3 and a half to 4 hours and we just kept going up for more cocktails with no problems

Amazing service! I highly recommend The Spain Event. The ensured everything was well taken care of and the communication was impeccable!

Grazie ancora!!
Rodrigo

Superb trip everything went smoothly. Bull running was great fun as was the mud wrestling. Arabian baths were a great hangover cure and would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class.......just returned from 4 nights in Madrid With a Hen party of 9 all different ages.
Aaron's expertise/organisation was second to none, from our transfers to our incredible Guides which were all pre-arranged, on time, plus once again soooo knowledgeable and helpful......we couldn't of managed without this fab service, even when I asked about going to a restaurant Soookey took the time to take us there, again fab value, wonderful restaurant.
Honestly The Spain Event is perfect and ticks every box..... unfortunately I'm very critical that's why I had the job to arrange this as having been a Customer Service Manager at John Lewis ...
Well done
