Disappointed no longer
Disappointed. Briefs came with a hole in the front of them. ☹️ Received an email from the supplier of my briefs today, they offered me a new pair or my money back. I appreciate their quick response in dealing with this matter. So well done the socks emporium.😄

We've very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the toe socks ordered, I understand they do feel different may not be for everyone. We do stand by their beneficial properties and design that improves balance and may be more suited for sports and other physical activities.

Not good service...but good follow-up
The ordering process went routinely without a problem. I did receive a notification and invoice on November 29th. on December 2nd I received a shipping notice; when i clicked on "view your order I got: "Deutsche Post tracking number:
LY086084504DE"
when we clicked on the tracking number, we get a reply in French saying: "Your number is unknown. Please re-enter it respecting the format". The only way i was able to straighten this out was to send a direct email through my email service to their customer service explaining the situation. I get a response giving me the correct tracking number, indicating delivery will be on December 20th.
This is not good service; if i had known delivery would take that long, and be such a hassle, I would have not bought from them.
Subsequent note: Update: Our package arrived in time for Christmas, and we would like to thank your staff for its professional handling of the situation, including the generous gift of additional socks. My wife loves them!
