Poor Service - UPDATED

Placed an order for two pairs of socks. Same socks, same size, different colours. Pretty simple. When the order arrived one pair was the right socks, the right colour, the right size, and the the other pair were the right socks, the right colour but the wrong size. I contacted them about the mistake and they responded pretty quickly and said the right ones would be sent. When the replacements arrived they were the right socks, the right size but the wrong colour. So they messed up the original order AND messed up the replacement. I can’t recommend this shop.

UPDATE - I had initially chalked this one up to experience was was prepared to just let it go. However, the proprietor had read the review and offered to try to rectify the situation for a second time. They indicated an error on their site which had led to the misunderstandings, and offered to send out a third pair. Which they did and they were correct. In fairness to the store they pushed from their side to resolve the matter which they did. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect this.

Great quality

Bought 2 pairs of thigh high toe socks as they help my toes from operations I've had on them, were the cheapest I'd seen them online so bought a couple of pairs, decent quality and got here much sooner than I expected too!

I've had the a while now wearing them frequently, no thinning or holes forming
