I love this company!
I love this company! Their customer service was so friendly and responsive. The product (Falke cosyshoe) is also wonderful; my husband loves them. The only improvements would be to make the sock come up higher so your leg doesn't get cold, and to make the footbed a little thicker since cold comes up from the floor.

One of the items I ordered wasn't available but a good substitute was offered at no extra cost. Communication was clear and prompt.

Shipment took too long and return costs way more than I spent on the products. I am stuck with products due to European sizes and return shipment cost.
