Wonderful experience - I purchased a perfume as a gift and then found out I was able to get two free samples of my choice! I've been wanting to find myself the perfect 'signature scent' which is difficult to do without smelling them first - so I browsed the website and found a couple that sounded nice and left the names in the request box. When my order arrived everything was packed securely and there was an extra surprise sample along with the two I'd asked for, and a handwritten note with suggestions on where to wear each one♡ will definitely be using scent city again, thank you so much!!♡

Excellent Customer Service and experience. Great selection, quick delivery and handwritten notes with your order. Sometimes the notes are about the scent(s) samples you've chosen and advice on when to wear or just a simple thank you.
I will be buying from Scent City again and again and highly recommend.
The only negative reviews on here are about shipping and should really be removed as once the company sends to the courier, it's out of their control. The complaint should be raised with the courier, not these guys.

This was my first order with Scent City & it’s been such a lovely experience. I was looking for my friend’s favourite perfume "Ombré Rose" to give her as a Birthday gift & I found it on this amazing site! It arrived very quickly, was carefully packed & also contained the 2 free samples I was asked to choose when ordering. They actually sent 4 samples & a hand written Compliment slip with interesting descriptions for all 4 perfumes as well as a hand written Thank You card. So unexpected & wonderful! I will of course include the samples, slip & card in my friend’s Birthday parcel. She will love this….& I will get to smell these new fragrances too!
