I came across Joe Camacho while he was assisting someone else and he seemed like he knew what he was talking about so I asked him for some help. He was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions because I did not understand the legalese being used, and he was very professional. He not only helped me initially but after some time passed when I had more questions and needed more help, he helped me again. He was very understanding and compassionate, and I appreciate that about him.

I was recommended to Joe Comacho through a friend because I was looking to buy a house. My friend told me how he was in the mid 400 on his credit score and in less then a year he was at a rating that made him eligible to buy a house, I was reluctant at first and thought I was to far in the hole to even make a change. A few weeks passed and I decided to take action and make a change so I picked up the phone and called Joe. Joe was very honest and upfront with everything that needed to be done, he kept a very professional demeanor but also was able to communicate well and joke around which is what made me comfortable enough to proceed with him. Joe walkedyy me through everythingt and was always a call or email away for any concerttns I had. My credit rating started at 402 on all 3 rating with approximately 20k in total debt so you can understand why I felt hopeless! Joe joked around and said it’s going to be worked but that he was confident he could get me into a house before the end of the 2023, I was doubtful but I still paid him and he got right to work, the first 3 months were slow and I though here we go another scam. Well at least I tried. Then I started getting letters for all my collectors, I assumed well here we go he stirred the wasp nest and I’m going to get stung, so I called him mad and confused as to why I was getting all these letters and he reminded me of our initial conversation and how they would send threatening letters as a last ditch effort to collect before Joe wiped them out. Soon after that it started happening. Going up 40 points here and 30 points there fast forward to the end of the line and BOOM I get the last notification saying I went up 58 points! Joe ran my credit with a soft pull and notified me that my credit was 667 and ready for a house, everything was surreal and honestly I was still doubtful because I had lived with bad credit for a LONG time but I can testify as living proof that today I CLOSED on my house! 2537sqft 4 bed 4 bath!

I would give 10 stars if that was an option! I started out with ZERO credit, and over $13,000 in medical debt, I had no idea where to start or what to do. I just Google credit repair near me and this company had come up. I called and spoke with Tom Torello and explained my desperate situation. He was professional, thorough and KIND. I was desperate because I had qualified for a home loan a year ago FHA. We were going to buy the house we have been renting for 9 years. The house needed to be brought up to FHA standards and the land lord took this long to do the work to it. When I re-applied I no longer qualified due to high rates and a couple of things hit my credit. We had also invested our down payment in the house(I know, shouldnt have) but we did so to get it over with. Anyway, I sent Tom my credit reports and he reviewed them and called me with a plan. However, I could not afford it. He understood, wasn't that annoying pushy sales person. He left me with some free advise and I truly appreciate that because he didn't have to. I took his advise and called a collection on my report and told them what he advised to see what they would say and see if they'd remove it and they did!! That was all it took to get my credit BACK to a qualifying score in just a month or so. He could have pushed to take my hard earned money and given me zero advise. But he did and he made a difference. Thanks Mr. Torello for your empathy and kindness! You won't be just a paycheck to him. He cares!

Joe was able to meet with me while I was on the other side of the country via telephone call and after 3 hours of him going line by line and step-by-step with everything that was going to happen I then felt comfortable with the process. We had our good days as well as our bad days with him telling me things that I didn't want to hear but I did need to hear. My overall outcome was to purchase my forever home that I have been wanting for over 2 years and he and his team made that happen for me and my family.. These reviews are fake. These have to be friends and relatives, or paid review writers. I have about 5 small collections on my reports. Only one was removed in over a year of waiting 2021-2022 still no more removals. Will Smith was my advisor, everytime I asked about results he blamed covid for slow responses from the agencies. I wasted time sending him notices because nothing ever happened behind it, just lies and false promises. I honestly just want my money back. All they did was take my money and gave nothing but excuses. This agency is not even BBB accredited and should be shut down. I'm on a path to remove the FEW collections myself. Thanks for nothing Phenix scam. Consumers BEWARE
