Absolutely incredible!
We are first time buyers so everything seemed very daunting, we were suggested the Mortgage Brain and they were just so helpful and supportive right from the first point of contact!

We used mortgage brain for the first time and they were incredible. Very supportive and helpful through the whole process and were easily contactable and were very pro active with their actions. We had the pleasure of dealing with Louise O for our mortgage and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. The service Louise offered was 10/10 and we couldn’t have got the good deal we did without her. She even worked on our mortgage over the weekends to make sure she got us over the line. We will for sure be using the mortgage brain again and can’t see ourselves ever going anywhere else. The service they offered was worthy of payment (it was a free service). If anyone is thinking of using the mortgage brain I highly recommend.

A process made smooth and easy!
As first time buyers we didn’t know where to start the process, I was recommended to speak to Rob Williams. He was fantastic from the get go, so patient with us! He explained everything to me in detail but in a way that I understood and was able to relay to my partner. Rob handled everything for us and it was really smooth, he was very transparent and I instantly felt at ease speaking to him. We used the mortgage brain for our life insurance also and this was also really smooth and Brendan Abreu was very helpful! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

The team have been extremely helpful. This was my first purchase and was a very new experience for me but they were professional and friendly throughout. Louise in particular was amazing throughout the process. Without Louise I am not sure how this process would have gone and she ensured everyone carried their duties swiftly. I used them for buying our house and undoubtedly they are the Best. A year ago I connected with Tom in the beginning who helped me with MIP. I found a property and Tom went on paternity leave. You can understand my situation as I got worried if things got delayed. We were rushing to beat the stamp duty surge. But within no time Joe picked up things quickly. He helped me with updating the MIP and further down the line with a Mortgage offer. I kept him busy with lots of questions but Joe patiently helped me understand things. Even when we had just few days left for completion.

We were first introduced to Lara when buying a new build, Lara was easy to communicate with and explained our option very clearly. When we decided to move again we contacted Lara and again received a quick response helping us to make some hypothetical decisions and then helped us to port our mortgage when it came time to move. We will always go back to Lara when it's time to renew our mortgage, we've found her advice and services invaluable and recommended her to our friends.

I discussed the issue with Louise and she immediately came up with the option we requested. She worked with us and the solicitors to try and meet the timeline requirements and supported us throughout. She reminded me of other considerations and helped direct me towards solutions. Excellent service throughout.

We have started our mortgage journey with Amberley, which sadly left. Kirstie reached out and we have to say that she has been incredible! Understanding, helpful, fast to respond…She was very supportive throughout the whole process not only regarding the mortgage. We could always reach out to her and know that everything will be sorted out.

It’s also important to note that we had our mortgage based on a PhD student stipend which is a very specific “salary” but nonetheless both Amberley and Kirstie could find appropriate lenders.
