I ran across Loaded Tea Shop by accident and finally gave them a try. So glad I found them. I have not met a flavor yet that I haven't liked! Great customer service, fast shipping. This company has got it going on!

The Loaded Teas first, taste great. I had a wonderful experience with their customer service thru email. Ashley answered quickly and with kind words. She was able to honor a coupon that I hadn't seen expired. I will definitely continue ordering from them, and wish them success in their small business, which actually I don't see staying small for too long, they'll be big soon!

These teas have an awesome taste i love how you can adjust the sweetness ive order several times and shipping speed is great if i ever have a question their response time is super i can't say enough about how great these teas are and how nice the customer service is i hust love them

I am really amazed that an online experience can be so simple! What’s more is that my responses to this business are met with an answer in lightning speed time! My issues have been solved quicker than I could ponder! I am a loyal customer forever now. It’s rare to be treated like I matter.

I recently experienced wonderful service with Ashley your service rep with Loaded teas. I have a health issue that the caffeinated teas were affecting my health and reached out to see if I could exchange my teas for decaffeinated teas. Please know it was many, 31 to be exact and Ashley was so kind and was able to replace them all, no questions asked. She was so kind and made sure I knew everything that was going on and she was so fast to reply to my emails. You have a true asset with her and it was a pleasure to meet her.

This is a wonderful product! I love that each packet makes up to 32oz. I've tried at least half of the flavors and they are all delish. You will NOT be disappointed. Customer service is stellar. Hat's off to their whole team.

Honestly, had a funny experience with shipment. They completely fixed everything. I absolutely love the tea. Makes it easier for me to be hydrated.

I am absolutely obsessed with this product! These teas are such a healthy alternative to energy drinks packed with chemicals! They offer a generous commission when your affiliate link is used! They respond to emails immediately! The shipping is super fast! I love the feel of this company like the vibes are everything!! I'm a loyal customer and affiliate for life!

In July 2026 I tried The loaded tea shop, loaded tea for an afternoon pick me up.
Wow, that was a great choice!
Not only was it delicious, it really helped with energy to get me through the afternoon.
After only trying 2 flavors I decided to try more flavors. So many delicious flavors!!

During the next month they changed the formula slightly in most of the flavors. As I was trying new flavors I noticed slight stomach issues.
I reached out to customer service, they explained that they were moving to a new formula and most of the flavors now were the new formula.

I told them my experience,
They quickly refunded my previous orders , plus one I hadn’t received yet…They explained that because of customer concerns they were moving back to their original formula now.
They told me which flavors were the original formula, also , which ones I could still use until the transition was complete.
I will definitely be ordering more original versions until then.
Then I’m trying a lot more.

This product is amazing!! These powdered loaded teas are a game changer if you’re looking for clean energy without the sugar crash or high price of store-bought versions.
The flavors are genuinely delicious and don’t taste artificial. One packet makes a big serving so it’s super affordable compared to buying drinks out. I love that they’re zero sugar, zero calories, and still give a solid energy boost from the green tea caffeine and B vitamins.
Shipping was quick, packaging was solid, and the whole experience felt like supporting a real family-run business instead of some big corporation. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will be restocking soon.
If you want tasty, guilt-free energy drinks that actually taste good and won’t break the bank, this is the place.

My first order i was hooked!!! My 2nd order, um what happened. There is not near as much in the package this time! I still have a couple from my first bag and i have the loaded legends that have double the amount in the packages.
For as much as you pay for a 20 pack…… Make it make since! Very disappointing. Other then that i did very much enjoyed them.

I had some missing items and they replied very quickly and are making it up.

I have had a couple issues (which is to be expected in an up and coming company) in the few months I have been ordering, but customer service was excellent and did what they could to correct the situation.
I know they listen to the customers and try to accommodate requests/suggestions.

Love your product. Southern Strawberry is one of my favorites. Only complaint would be the new smaller packets don’t taste as good as the og ones. But they still taste good. Whenever there’s a new one I have to try and love them all so far. Miss the watermelon rock candy.

In the beginning, I had an order that wasn’t delivered. I emailed the company and got the Tea within two days. They gave me no problem whatsoever.
I like the tea. Someone compared it to overly sweet Kool-Aid. I don’t find that to be true at all. If it tastes too sweet to me I just water it down some.
I do wonder that they are supposed to be artificial sweetener, free, but I read the ingredients on some of them and they have sucralose. But I do like them and it’s a welcome change from soda for me.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Switching to their loaded teas is one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I have zero brain fog, sustained energy throughout the day, and I love knowing I’m putting clean, wholesome ingredients into my body.

I discovered loaded teas about a month ago after trying out caffeine free flavors. So far I have tried 15 flavors and absolutely love every one I have tried. I love supporting small businesses and the product is simply delicious. I have repurchased 5 times so far . Their customer service is the BeSt!!

I will order again and hoping they get more caffeine free flavors. The drinks are so refreshing and it’s easy to get my water macros in daily. My favorite drinks are the flavors with collagen!! Please make more with protein and collagen in the caffeine free version!! There is a market for that and these don’t stay in stock long!!

The Loaded tea shop has the best teas for multiple reasons. The taste is great, the benefits are great, and the customer service is phenomenal. Highly recommend frog spit, but really you can’t go wrong with any of them!

I REALLY LOVE THESE PACKETS THEY ARE FULL OF FLAVOR WITH OUT THE ACTUAL SUGAR IN THEM. I ALSO WANT TO SAY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP OF THE LINE... I HAD A PACKAGE CAME IN DAMAGED AND MISSING A PACKET. SO I EMAILED THEM AND THEY RESPONED REALLY FAST AND TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUSE. IWANT TO SAY THANKS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOVE THE BOMB POP ALOT BUT I THINK I WILL BE IN LOVE WITH THE SOUTHERN STRAWBERRY KISS ONE BECAUSE I LOVE ABYTHING STRAWBERRY.
