I had some packets that leaked in an order. I contacted their Customer Service and they responded immediately! They do not want to any customer to be dissatisfied. They sent out a whole new order that day. I received it all intact. It is nice to k ow when you are dealing with a honest and trustworthy company. I am a happy camper. Willa Simmons (that is also one of my favorite flavors!).

I am an advocate of purchasing items online, have had some good and some absolutely horrible. In this case it has been nothing but amazing with The loaded teas shop. Highly recommended them, extremely quick to answer any inquiries one may have. Super honest and fast to solve issues.

The teas make me feel so amazing. The taste is great and the company shows compassion for their product and customers.

I recently made a second purchase from The Loaded Tea Shop. I must applaud them for their generosity and their compassion for my issue. I was recently diagnosed with Covid and lost my sense of taste and smell. I notified the company of this issue because whatever the ingredient was in the product not knowing for sure, which one it was, I could not tolerate the taste of the drink. It was made a very nasty taste in my mouth, such as many other normal foods and drinks that I’ve eaten, in the past had the same effect😣 I am praying that it gets restored back to normal. I believe the product would be beneficial fi me to drink. They refunded my money with no questions asked. Thankful and grateful. DGL☺️

The website is super easy to navigate. Each product has a great flavor description. Everything about this place is amazing. I tried these on a whim last month and now I'm hooked. Slowly going through all the flavors, so I can build a favorites bundle for re-orders.

This product has changed my life. I have many disabilities that cause me extreme pain which often distracts me. Loaded Tea has helped me drink more water to stay hydrated but also has helped me stay focused to get my work done each day. I have been able to increase my productivity. If you ever have a chance to try it to see for yourself.

As a first time customer, I am totally impressed with not only the product, but the customer service that I received. Upon arrival, I panicked because I have anaphylactic shock reactions to oranges. I was careful to select products that were not based on oranges. The packaging is generically produced for all teas. The packaging had orange and citrus written on it and I immediately notified the company of the possible order mess up. My email received an immediate response with immediate actions to rectify the problem. Upon opening the package, I realized that my products of choice were indeed included. I notified the Loaded Tea company of my mistake and they immediately responded very positively. I tried my first loaded tea and was very impressed with the flavors and will definitely be looking to place another order. This company is based on values and ethics that most businesses lack today. A genuine product backed by positive immediate customer service is a rarity in this day and time. Kudos to each level of ownership on doing business the right way. I love loaded teas! I love that they have such a variety that I can have something different everyday. A friend suggested I try these and now we are both hooked! I went from hardly drinking any water a day to now drinking tons thanks to these. Customer service is also super responsive and personable. Can't recommend enough!

I just received my 4th order. Was sent wrong flavor and was missing a couple. I wrote to the company, not expecting to hear anything until Monday, since it is the weekend. Received a response almost immediately, and a new order with my missing items and extra as a bonus, has already been processed!!! AWESOME product and they are AMAZING at customer service...this is so rare to find anymore! Beyond pleased!!!

Oh my goodness, I have ordered many times and i received an order and was short one drink! They went above and beyond to make it up!

I truly didn’t mind that I was missing 1 because I get the 2freetea each time I order. However, I wanted them to be aware that it has happened! I do love all but a couple of you flavors (i am not a cinnamon fan 😂). I drink these daily and my husband calls them my healing crystals🥰

The loaded tea shop is amazing. They hands down have the best customer service around. I voiced a concern about the change in the formula of their teas and it was just a curiosity email and they sent me some free teas to try to see the difference since the change and I gave feedback on the new formulas and they sent some flavors I haven’t tried for my feedback. Well one of the flavors they sent is a flavor I would have never picked myself and it has become my favorite flavor. I turned around and placed an order for the new flavor the same day I tried it for the first time. I have never seen a company care so much about the customers!

The loaded tea shop is a discovery I made on Instagram over the summer, I made a first order on July 2026 and wasn’t deceived at all they taste amazing and I can enjoy them in a bottle or my favorite way to do it is in a pitcher at home this way I can enjoy them for more than just a day and all that completely guilt free as these amazing product have zero sugar and zero carb while all tasting absolutely divine I’m a big fan of ice teas and lemonades I can guarantee you their lemonade based flavour all amazing in their teas but my absolute best so far is Maleficient and the team is beyond amazing their customer service is super fast the delivery times are extremely fast… I ordered for a second time last night and its definitely not my last… This company have me a regular customer now !!! I love drinking ice tea, especially flavored ones.
Everything about loaded tastes great and I enjoy the variety of flavors particularly knowing it has nutrients my body needs. I think I’m only going to drink just one cup and end up drinking 3. Thank you for the great product.

The loaded tea shop has excellent customer service. I had a problem order a few extra teas after making my first purchase and I emailed the company. I very quickly git a response and they include my extra teas at no additional cost to me. What a wonderful gesture. I highly recommend this company.

Since June, I’ve lost 22 pounds, and the ONLY change I made was changing what I drink. I have a HUGE sweet tooth, so I thought giving up sugary drinks would be miserable—but I honestly don’t feel like I’m missing out at all. These drinks are sweet, flavorful, and actually satisfy that craving.

As a teacher, I also need my caffeine to survive those long afternoons! I love that I can get the boost I need without the nasty aftertaste I get from so many sugar-free energy drinks—and without that awful afternoon sugar crash.

I’ve been raving about these drinks so much that I’m now getting coworkers all around our school district hooked on them too! We’re constantly comparing flavors and sharing our favorites.

This has been one of the easiest lifestyle changes I’ve ever made because I genuinely LOVE what I’m drinking. If you have a sweet tooth, need your caffeine, and want to cut back on sugary drinks without feeling deprived, you have to give The Loaded Tea Shop a try!

The absolute best customer service team! Don’t hesitate to reach out if your order is wrong. I have had one wrong order and they responded quickly to get it fixed. So grateful to find a clean tea to pick me up as a busy mom!

My initial order was 2 "buy 1 get 2 free" offers to total $8. As I was cashing out an additional offer for "founders favorite sampler" @ $8. My credit card was charged $8.16.
What I received in the mail was a packet of only 6 sticks. There is clearly something not included in my order.
Also I think it's awfully misleading that your claim of "makes 32oz" when actually it makes 16oz of tea plus the rest is ice!!!

I recently had to return a product to The Loaded Tea Company and was pleasantly surprised. My email was answered quickly with a few available options. Once I decided which option I wanted, it was handled quickly and politely and best of all, I wasn't made to feel bad for returning it. I love the idea that they are a woman owned and operated company. They have a slogan on their bag that says "Built with Love. Backed by Integrity" and I can honestly say I felt the love for their customers and experienced the integrity the company has. There's a lot of companies out there trying to get your business. But this is one company that deserves your business. Check them out!
