This is the best tea ever. Even with changes, customer service is accommodating. And I have liked almost all i have tried, except for a few. I highly recommend. Ditch the soda, juice and coffee for this 0 calorie, 0 carb, with vitamins drink. You won't be disappointed

So far I have loved every flavor that I have tried, I even have my mom and dad hooked on them. My oldest daughter even ordered them. Customer service is very fast, and willing to help with any complaints!

I was a little apprehensive about anything that says tea on the label cause usually tea and my stomach doesn’t get along and I am allergic to aloe Vera gel. So I thought what the heck the flavors sounded good so I will try. Wow so refreshing! I have had the Bahama Mama and the Hello sunshine and they are both great. I even added more water after finishing the first 32 oz and still had a great taste on the next 32 oz!! So glad I tried it. Can’t wait to keep trying the other flavors.

EVERY FLAVOR that I have tried of the loaded teas so far has been my "next favorite"....they are ALL very refreshing flavors and to know they carry wellness properties in the mix ~~~ well that just makes them taste even better! I wish this company UNIMAGINABLE SUCCESS and I will certainly be doing my part to help support them by staying stocked up so as to NEVER RUN OUT!!🤞🤩 The Loaded Tea Shop has an EXCELLENT product in A LOT of flavors, an EASY ordering process through their website and PROMPT, FRIENDLY customer service support should you have any questions or concerns. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY 👍

When I received my order it was missing 1 item. I sent a message in that regard and received a reply shortly after that they were sending me the missing item along with a few more to make it right. Very much appreciated.

I decided to try your teas, they are so good and I am able to drink 64 oz of water a day now. The flavors are good, some better than others but I enjoy trying them. Wish they were a little less expensive but they are totally worth what I pay for them with the discounts you give us. Thank you so much!!

I saw The Loaded Tea Shop on my Facebook a little over 2 months ago and decided to make a small order. They turned out delicious and I made a second order and after that o became obsessed!! I had more energy when I woke up, didn’t get a sugar crash in the afternoon. My gut health started regulating. I make an order every 2 weeks because I never want to run out. Love getting to taste their new flavors and falling in love all over again. I’ve had 2 packing issues and they have gone above and beyond to make them right and adding in a few extra. The team and product is amazing!!!

The flavors are absolutely wonderful. You won’t miss soda when you have these in your house. The Loaded Tea Shop is very responsive and helpful. If you are needing to add something like this to your diet, this is the tea to try.

They are so quick to get my teas to me! I had a mix up on a recent order and I sent an email explaining what happened with my order. It was 8:35PM and by 8:42PM I received and email back and my order, plus extras were already being sent out! I will have to say Ashley with customer service deserves a gold star!! I will continue to support this company and spread the love with others!

Seriously the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! Coming from a person who works in a customer service position, these folks are top notch! I emailed them to inquire about my order since it had sat for 5 days and not moved after being shipped! Within minutes they met me with a response and had me a new order processed! Shipping is not their problem but they addressed it and made it right! Highly recommend! Not to mention, the teas are amazing!!

I love the teas; they taste so good! Also, I've emailed the company a couple of times and always have been answered by Alicia, President! I'm rather flattered that she, herself, would answer, rather than have a generic assistant answer emails!

The Loaded Tea Shop is great! Not only do they have amazing flavors, but it’s made with nothing but good stuff, and there are many to choose from. Their prices are also very reasonable.

When I ordered from them last, I only received half of what I ordered. I emailed them about it, and they sent out the rest of my order quickly, with an appreciated bonus flavor.

I love the loaded tea shop. The taste is absolutely amazing, I feel better since drinking loaded teas and I have not craved a soda since the 3rd day after trying these teas. I love how quickly your orders come and customer service is absolutely amazing. I have only had 1 time of a missing item in a large order and they immediately made it right and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I tell everyone I know about these teas and have converted 7 people now.

The teas are amazing, there are always coupons or offers, and if there is ever a problem, it is corrected pretty quickly. I love the result and the taste so much I always carry a few with me to give out to friends, family, and even complete strangers, If they ask. lol
I love soooo many of the flavors and very excited for the new flavors! Please make watermelon rock candy permanent!

Love these loaded teas. They are so flavorful, and I have no caffeine crash later in the day like with my energy drinks. The customer service is fantastic and fixed my problem on the same day I messaged them!

I’ve tried 2 flavors so far, Frog Spit and the Bomb Pop. They are both GREAT!!!

My first order was seamless and quick. My second order looks like the shipping company is not scanning the package. I waited 5 days to see if there was any movement. There was not. I reached out to customer service to look into it and they instantly sent me out a replacement order without me asking for that. The top tier customer service along with the delicious product will 100% keep me as a long term customer!
