The Lease Extension Company Anmeldelser

Very pleased with the way everyone was so helpful and efficient throughout, very easy from start to completion, from the people who understand the minefield of a lease extension and remove the hard work for you.
Would definitely use them again when necessary.

They were great. Made the whole awful process go so much better. The lawyers were especially good, translating the legalese into plain English and advising on any questions I had.

Was a very simple process that for something that I had no knowledge about what to do in the first case

Thank you and the team for making everything hassle free and easy to understand. It was so much less stressful than finding our own surveyors and solicitor.
Very friendly team, well done.

fantastic service from this company from start to finish would recommend to anyone looking to extend their lease helped me all the way through the process

The Lease Extension Company acted quickly when the clock was ticking for our lease extension. They immediately lined up solicitor, surveyor and the Section 42 notice within a very short time, and were able to get our lease resolved in time. They always reply to emails straight away which is a plus too.

The Lease Extension Company made the experience less stressful, which is what i wanted. Our Freeholder wasn't the easiest person to deal with, everyone we worked with in particular Hannah our solicitor, were very helpful and professional.

Couldn’t ask for more.
Defiantly recommend

Great company and full support during the process. All questions were answered and followed up and always friendly and available. Would recommend to anyone looking to do a lease extension.

Excellent company to work with. felt reassured and informed all the way through the process. the price was fixed from the start.

Awesome journey. They simply connect you to the relevant parties, who all seem very competent. But if you have questions, you can go back Collette to help you out.

The Lease Extension Company - provided me with a trouble-free lease extension - which is exactly what they said they would do.

Many thanks

Very straightforward transactions. Soliciters and surveyors were all very efficient and fast!

Very pleased with the service, professionalism and cost of using The Lease Extension Company. They were always helpful, informative and supportive in what is a difficult process. They responded promptly to our enquiries and were proactive in keeping us updated. Of course, the overall cost is quite frightening to extend a lease, but their fees are very reasonable and we felt we got very good value from them. The surveyors and solicitors used were both excellent. Very happy to recommend them.

First of all contact was always prompt. Whenever we had questions, we had replies quickly, and even if a holding reply they always came back when they said. Each stage of the process was explained before we commenced and time frames given, all of which proved correct. Finally the staff were always polite and courteous when dealing with us and costs came in as expected--just be wary of the other sides costs which are out of everyones control, it will add a few thousands to the overall expense.

They were very helpful in co- ordinating the required advice needed across the different professionals. Clear quotes were obtained and stuck to. Would recommend.

Simple, easy process.
Great communication.
Competitively priced.
Would recommend.

I have just completed my lease extension. Its a weight off my mind. The Lease Extension Company made the process straightforward, its a sort of one stop shop & it took the stress out of the process knowing someone was there for me. I will without doubt be recommending The LEC

I was very happy with my experience. It made what felt like a daunting process as easy as possible, and I was supported all the way by the various professionals who led each stage of my lease extension.
