At the start I felt worried about…
At the start I felt worried about extending my lease and some companies I spoke to seemed to focus on what could go wrong. The lease extension company reassured me right from the start that in the right expert hands there was very little that could go wrong and there should always be a solution to any problem that happen . I’m so glad I chose their service. I was reassured I was in the best hands from the get go ,
Thank you so much

I am very dissatisfied with TLE company. I paid them £960 on 8/8/23 and heard nothing from them as I was passed to a firm of solicitors and a valuation firm
It seems the £960 fee was just to put me in touch with the solicitor and valuer as they did nothing and have not even contacted me on compleation of the lease extension at a much higher cost than they told me
I feel they did very little for the fee of £960 and it was not a fixed fee
I am now being threatened with legal action if I do not remove this post

At the LEC, we strive to give an excellent customer experience and as shown by our reviews, our customers generally believe that we deliver on that.
We are sorry to hear you say that your experience did not match your expectations, and so we have carried out a full review of your case.
Regrettably, we do not believe that your comments paint a fair picture.
Your lease extension has completed well within the indicated time frame and at a significantly lower cost than anticipated.
The service we provided was exactly as described to you before you chose to use us, and the fixed costs that you paid to us, your solicitors, and your surveyor were also as described to you within your fixed fee.
We are happy that your matter has now concluded successfully and wish you the best in the future.
