Hi Jamie, I am sorry this missed your son's birthday. The coin was a pre-order, so it could not ship until it came out of production, and I know that is little comfort when there is a date attached. Our team did come back to you on both occasions you wrote in, and I am sorry the answer was not the one you needed. Thank you for the feedback.

Hi Dave, thank you! Lovely to hear the coin has impressed. Enjoy it.
Hundreds for what?
After spending hundreds of £'s on collectables. I started collecting sets, my pride and joy would have been motifs of the world collection. However after coming across the exact coins being sold by the same company at 1/10 of the price on auction sites I can no longer look at coin collecting in the same manner.
Feel ripped of and considering selling my entire collection

Ordered a single Batman coin and then a full set.
The single coin was delivered but with the order number relating to the full set.
The full set never arrived, but says its been delivered because the single batman coin has the wrong order number on it.
Cancelled membership immediately. They couldn't even get a simple first time order right.
