First impressions are very promising!
After spending ages trying to find laptops with windows 11 Pro with no success for some strange reason, I came across IT Bay and found exactly what I was looking for and at a price that was comparable with the competition.
At first I was a bit unsure as it seems like IT Bay is a new company with not a lot of reviews, but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised!
I ordered three Lenovo laptops, all of which were delivered next day and packaged well, security seals intact and undamaged.
I was emailed the invoice without asking, which is great because I need it for our company records.
I will be doing a lot more business with this company in the future.

I had little confidence in using the internet to purchase a decent tablet, especially from a company I`ve never heard of. I messaged them and asked if they could supply me with the item I required and get it to me inside 48 hours. They came back and gave me the assurance I needed and could not have been more helpful. I placed the order before 5 pm and it arrived between 8 and 9 pm the following day, as promised. Well packed up and exactly what I wanted inside.It`s an Xmas present, so I haven`t used it yet but it professionally packed, as expected. Well Done ITBAY....From a pensioner in Fife, Scotland. I highly recommend this company.

I proceeded with my purchase with no issue. The shipment of the Dell monitor I bought from The IT Bay was quick. (However, the state of the box that contained the monitor box that delivered to me was not good — the top of the box was torn off and created a big hole on it. I believe somehow the box that contained the Dell monitor box was mishandled whilst on its way to its destination. The box might not have an easy and kind journey with the DPD delivery service. Some where along the line, the box was not treated with care. Importantly and luckily, the UK power plug that was put inside this big box with the Dell monitor box did not get lost or missing or dropped off the box. This is the vital part of the monitor! In the Dell monitor box, there is another type of power plug, which is likely the European power plug.) For the monitor, itself, is very easy to work with after settling it up. It connects to my PC without a problem. I did worry about it. The Acer monitor that I purchased from another place did not connect to my PC easily. So, I purchased this Dell monitor as a replacement and it did work with no issue. This makes me feel very relieved and less stressed as I did not need to do another troubleshooting to try to make the monitor works. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

We have video surveillance of all our products being picked and packed so will review this footage to see if there was anything untoward with the shipping process for your monitor. As you say though, this is more likely a handling issue with the courier. Glad the monitor itself arrived undamaged and fully operational.
