1 Star – Do Not Trust This IVA Company

I am extremely disappointed with The Insolvency Group and the way my case has been handled.

My IVA has ended, yet restrictions remain registered against two of my properties. I have contacted The Insolvency Group multiple times asking for these restrictions to be removed, but despite my repeated requests, the matter is still unresolved.

This is a serious issue because restrictions against a property can cause significant problems when an owner needs to sell or deal with their property. I should not have to keep chasing an insolvency company to complete something that should have been dealt with properly after the IVA.

Communication and follow-up have been extremely poor, and I am frustrated by the lack of urgency.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend The Insolvency Group. If you are considering an IVA with them, think very carefully before trusting them to handle such an important financial matter.

I expect them to remove the outstanding restrictions from both of my properties without further delay and provide me with written confirmation once this has been completed.

I cannot thank this company enough ! They are compassionate, professional and caring . In just over 2 weeks my IVA was approved and I can finally see a light at the end of the dark tunnel and I’m going to be able to live a normal life without worrying about going in to my pension age in debt.
