Abysmal service and support. Ordered 3 items on 24th November (a month ago) received 1 and other 2 are still processing, and I’ve sent emails to receive generic replies saying a representative would message me back(never happened), these were Xmas presents , which I’ve no money to replace. This isn’t just a “Black Friday” issue like the emails suggest, it’s always been the case with every order I’ve made, and now I’ve decided I’m done with them if this doesn’t get rectified asap and i receive what I’ve paid for. Why take orders you can’t fulfil !, joke of a company .

Absolute joke. No actual contact centre that you can reach out to. Order placed well over a month ago and still waiting. Various auto generated emails in response to my emails to find out where my order is.
Will not be ordering from the rangers store in future. If the supplier can't fulfill orders then I think the club should be looking to a new supplier that can actually deliver on orders to satisfy demands of fans & customers.

I would give this no stars if I could. Awful customer service, they don't look into anything properly and respond with generic emails. I returned an order weeks ago, they tell me that it has been sent back to somewhere in Scotland. I live in Northern Ireland and they are saying they will do a Police investigation if I have the parcel? What on earth?! The parcel was returned with Evri, its their responsibility to return to the right address not mine. I'll NEVER order from these again, still no refund. Disgraceful.

Ordered 3 children’s kits for family members on 24th November and after a back and forth (mostly emails from my side) was told that one was now out of stock and have not had any notice on delivery with other two kits. £90 worth of merchandise which has not shown up and next to no response from customer service. Please buy your kits elsewhere and save yourself time, money and frustration.

Ordered 6 matchday programmes still not received them sent around 20 emails have basically stole my money as no one been back in touch just prefer to ignore you

I ordered two championship tops for my son and I in march and was told they would arrive on June 1st I've still not got them and my emails keep getting rejected saying it's the wrong email or it doesn't exist this company is a joke, they took the money plus a delivery charge and there's no way to contact them it's very unprofessional and frustrating

I ordered a special 55 Rangers shirt in March, for my son’s birthday in May, and paid for it to be delivered to our home in Melbourne.
I was advised it would be sent out as part of the second batch, in June. I received an email advising it had been dispatched on the first of June, along with a tracking number. I checked around 8 days later to find that it had not moved since arriving at a DHL centre on the 3rd of June. After trying to find contact details for DHL, with very little joy, I sent an email to the Rangers store concierge asking for help.
Initially they asked for 5 business days to find out what had happened to this parcel, they responded to me advising it was now deemed lost and offered me three options. A refund, a credit not or a replacement. I responded to the email advising I would accept the replacement to be sent.
Since then, despite repeated emails requesting information regarding the replacement item, I have not received any response what so ever.
This is an absolute joke and these people are giving RFC a bad name and the worst thing is, you can only contact them on email (which they do not respond to).
If this is the best they can do, I will not use this website to purchase any Rangers merchandise ever again.

Disgraceful customer service, they take orders and payment for out of stock items but don't tell you until you contact them looking for your goods that haven't arrived.
Almost impossible to contact as emails are constantly blocked.
This company and site should be closed down.... please do not use!!!!

Ordered goods and they were never received but the money was taken.

Tried to contact via email but they blocked my address!! Stay well clear and use the official store.

On or about the 15th of December I ordered several items for my father in-laws Christmas box,
The items arrived before Christmas and the main sweatshirt had a small mark on which I could live with, after looking at the shorts the embroidery looks it's been done by my 2 year old grandson,
I finally got in touch with them which was not an easy process,
I was horrified they wanted me to pay for return postage
It's nearly 2 months now still no replacement and no refund on the postage, even though the proof of delivery has been signed for,
Also there phone number they have on There site is a chargeable number,so they are still selling items but not dealing with problems, because of covid..how does this even make sense ,

Ordered joggy bottoms. Received shorts. Tried to contact them using their message centre but it doesn't work.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are nothing to do with Rangers anyway.

Will never buy again from this company I bought a new top 30th November and never received until 15 days later I gave this as a present for partner from Christmas and it was too big asked if I could send back and reorder the smaller size and was told it was outside of returns policy but I never got before the 14 days they say to return absolutely disgusted with service

I was really nervous about ordering from this site after reading so many bad reviews, but I cannot fault the company. I ordered a football for Christmas on the 15th Dec and it arrived on the 19th. It hasn't been pumped up, so cannot comment on the quality, but I cannot fault the service so far. Thank you!

Order £90 worth of clothes for my husband. No order was generated but the money was still taken out my account. No money was refunded back to me, I have tried to email with no response from this company. I will be taking this further!!!

Sent a top back exactly as thier returns policy stipulated. Now 3 weeks later and still no refund. My emails are eventually answered with a generic response and no answer to when I will receive my money back. Terrible customer service that is a poor advert for such a great club.

Sent me an item which has a mud stain on it!! Once notified they have completely ignored my issue and now we are over a week by and still haven’t heard anything back. Shocking! This was for a Christmas present and which now has been ruined because they can’t even send out a hat properly.

Id advise you to go elsewhere!

I’m extremely annoyed about an order I placed on 15 November 2020 f of r a football. It was returned to store and I was told another would be sent out. Almost 3 weeks later, 4 emails without any replies, I’m extremely disappointed and annoyed. Quick enough to take your money but do not fill their obligation of order.

my wife ordered new Rangers top on line fir my birthday I get new Rangers home top each year for my birthday with my age as number and all the spl logos how dissappointing to get a call to say they do not have numbers or logos to add they could send a plain top I usually go to store and buy so will never use online service again Rangers wevlove you get this awful service sorted it is making our club look a joke
